Nice beach and pool. Our room had a big crack by the door, and they forgot to clean it one day. It was also quite loud from the hotel next door. So overral not such a good experience. The food at the restaurant was pretty good, but there was a spider in my food the first day.

You can not fault the location, right on the beach and the restaurant Bliss beach has some top notch food , the waiters and lounge service is 10 points, music and vibes are great , downside is the hotel staff at the reception Deniz was his name rude little bald man.

We were 4 people traveling so we booked 2 rooms. Me and my friend paid more money and got a smaller room them our friends did. It was claustrophobic so we asked to change rooms. The receptionist told us that all rooms were fully booked for the month. However the next day an other receptionist was working and he fixed us another room right away. Very strange… I ordered nachos from the hotels resturant. When I pointed out that it was cold and tasteless, the server went to talk to the chef about it but nothing happened after that. No compensation. I feel really disappointed having paid money for this. Location is nice and central.

Great Hotel! Nice rooms with fridge and good AC. The connecting restaurant was great, both in terms of price and quality. Thanks to the nice staff and especially to the very friendly cleaning lady😊

I was in this hotel from 31.05 to 02.06.All you need to know about this hotel. It is run by thieves! My vacation ended with the fact that I had my gold chain and ring stolen from my suitcase from the room with a total value of more than 2000 dollars. The hotel management categorically refuses to assist, ignores letters to the mail and phone calls. I highly do not recommend this hotel if you do not want to be left without money and jewelry.

Unfortunately, during the 8 days we were there, we only managed to spend 4 days swimming in the sea due to the jellyfish season, which was very intense and prevented us from swimming comfortably. The pool was clean but very cold since it was located inside the building and lacked proper heating. When we tried to use the pool, it was too cold, and it was quite small.
The breakfast was good and diverse, but the pancakes were too bitter. I provided feedback, and it improved, but not significantly. Despite these minor issues, everything else was excellent."

Really Good. Everything really great. They give me really Wonderful Servise, Wonderful Room, the place this Otel really great. You can around close with this hotel have shopping center more restaurants. And also in inside the hotel they have restaurants with good food and good service. İ’m sitdown in the beach with the good place they have. With good view. For room everything is perfect 🤩, i will come back there again really i will. especially the service provided by Mrs. Neslihan is very satisfying. you can tell whatever you want about the hotel facilities. he will be ready to help you. and all employees are very professional and friendly.

Warning! Please be careful when booking budget/economy room. This room is located at the stairs which is the smallest room I have ever experienced. It does not have a balcony and the room is so small that you have 40cm around the bed to walk. Opening large suitcase is not even possible. Then when you request a bigger room be prepared to pay extra money. They only had the best rooms available on our stay and asked extra 50 euros per night for the new room. Budget room images have not been posted anywhere when booking. Its a scam!
Otherwise the location is nice at the beach.
Breakfast was hams, cheese, bread, olives, fried eggs and watermelon. Same everyday nothing special.

The view was amazing and the location but the bed was too small and they never gave us any soup for 4 days I was washing my hands with my shampoo they never gave us any god damn soup

The hotel is in a very good location right by the beach, with a short walk to Alanya city center.
The hotel was okay, but the staff often have difficulty understanding and speaking English. This can make communication a bit challenging and lead to misunderstandings.
The room could use a higher standard. In our room, there was no soap, and the hairdryer didn't work at all.
The restaurant was decent, but the breakfast was monotonous and not particularly tasty.
