Overall it is beautifull and good food, hospitality, beautifull soroundings, swimming pools and a nice dock at the sea

For kids hotel provides a cot, it has baby food (kind of a soup-cream, pureed fruit, yogurth, juice, milk drink and you can always find what to serve for the child from "general" dishes), mini club for kids after 3 years and a playground outside, separate pool for children

Overall an excellent experience 👌🏻 Staff worked tirelessly, polite , and kept exceptionally clean. food options were delicious and varied. only downside was the pebbled beach and the variety of inclusive drinks

The hotel is located right on the beach, no need to cross the road, as in most hotels in Alanya. Large green area, several swimming pools. There are piers for going down to the sea, bypassing the rocks

Excellent price-quality hotel in Alanya. Hotel is little bit dated, but its not that important to me. Room is clean and has everything you need. It is right on a beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds, no street crossing

We recently (last week of october) visited this hotel for a short family vacation, and as a person of color traveling with my family, I was pleased to find the hotel staff to be very welcoming

The food selection is amazing, and freshly cooked. The staff are hard working and friendly. The facilities are great and the location fabulous for a walk around the shops

It’s rare to meet such genuinely warm people. A special thanks also to the Lobby Bar staff for their friendly attention and warm smiles. We will definitely come back!!!

The amusement team was the best part of the hotel loads of activities and being welcomed it felt great I got to know one of the guys called CAN i got on really well with him and had some great banter throughout our stay we are still in touch now! All in all a good trip and would recommend for a cheaper holiday

The pool was brilliant and the cocktail bar was good although the tiny plastic cups were a bit of a let down and the fact that we couldn’t have cocktails all day as they stopped them when the restaurant was open but it did the job

Passing the pool i was amazed to count around 16-20 towels already out By 7am every sunbed was reserved Most annoying part was lots of families and couples were putting there towels out around or before 7am then going out for the day meaning the sunbeds they reserved stayed unused all day

The only down side on our second to last day was my partner witnessed one of the snack bar staff put food back in the self serve trays directly off of someone’s plate who had left their food to be disposed of

Me and my partner have just arrived back from Sunstar resort. Overall we have had a good holiday, the hotel is clean, the rooms are modern and are cleaned daily, a fresh bottle of water left everyday

The food- so if you’re looking to book expecting the same 5 star quality food as places like Mexico you will be disappointed, saying that we never went hungry at all

The rooms are very outdated, with uncomfortable bathrooms and worn-out furniture. Room cleaning consists mainly of changing towels and bed linens — floors, furniture, and the shower area were not cleaned during our stay

Just back from week stay not the hotel we where meant to be at but the hotel was nice and clean most of the staff where nice unfortunately they don’t really cater for British family’s food not very good kids lived on chips and bread and as for rest of family didt eat much different all food seems to be same thing but with different names put on them no snack bar unless you where at the beach and if...

This hotel is like a big hill and some rooms are old whereas others have just been renovated but overall adequate enough. If you are someone who likes Western food, say pizza, chicken nuggets, etc

Queue for the bar at nighttime is like a nightmare but sometimes staff do come around with table service asking what you’d like, this is not all the time though

So still out of their control and they’ve still done their best for their hotel guests!! Highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking to visit Turkey, I’d happily come to this hotel again as our experience has been amazing! From Owen & Abi👏

I highly recommend this hotel. Both the reception staff and the animation team were very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Esra, Onurcan and Hakan. The rooms were large, clean, the food was also good.

Our room wasn’t too bad but some were very far away with lots of hills, in the main building (buffet, reception, pool) there are lifts and within the blocks or rooms there are lifts between floors but between the blocks of rooms there isn’t

During mealtimes you’d go to get your own drink, we noticed there were waiters which floated round but none ever seemed to come to us, only ever a small selection of people would get the table service

*Location* The previous reviews are correct, the hotel is set in the mountains which offers an amazing view and view of the sea but at that cost there are steps and hills to get everywhere - some are quite steep

There were days when people would reserve sun beds with towels to use the bed for maybe an hour and it would stay with a towel on all day, only one day did we see them removing “reserved” towels

The food is OK, the selection is small , but hungry you will not stay and does not happen such that not enough someone. Near the sea, with the still need?

Room and more and do not all have Wi Fi everywhere and good speed. The staff is friendly, food sea, that's the only-very little fruit. This is bad, but maybe just not the season. The pool is clean, clean thoroughly

The top place. The best hotel on Kleopatra beach. The price does not bite from time to time. The food is good. The sea is super. 2-3 minutes walk.

The pool and the area around it was very dirty. Smoking allowed almost everywhere. Could not be by the pool without someone smoking right next to you. It was a complete free-for-all

We had an excelent holiday at Azur! The staff is very nice, the food is great, and the entertainment programs are very fun! The hotel has it's own water slides by the pool which we enjoyed very much, and we really liked that the beach is very close to the hotel!

If it’s a five star hotel, why the guests didn’t got any different food? Turkey kitchen has a lot of good meal… but it seems, you guys forgot it to show…It was very similar meal every day that in the last days we didn’t eat anything…only fruits! And fruits it was amazing! Second of all, cleaning stuff? In 12 days our room wasn’t cleaned up, only Changed towels… the girl who worked in our floor seemed...

How many hours they are working? 🤔 Swimming pool was missing a lot of instructions because every day there was a cups of drinks, plates … papers … dirty in all! Nearby there is everything you need: as I said above, the sea is 2 minutes away, the center is 10 minutes away (Klerpatry Park)

Nice on the surface, but mostly just a facade. At first glance, the hotel looks great – the location is excellent, we had a lovely view from the balcony, and areas like the pool and lobby are well maintained

Breakfast was advertised until 9:30, but by 9:00 much of it was already being taken away. The schedule said dinner started at 6:30 pm, but every day it actually began closer to 7:00

This hotel is beautiful, lovely and modern. Our room was great and cleaned frequently. The animation team was great. Always remembered our names and made us feel like we was friends and got us involved in the activities

We enjoyed the daily pool game which was different each day, darts, water polo, aqua gym and Zumba. I already miss the morning dance! We watched some of the shows in the evening when we stayed in and they was good

We went out for an evening meal and a day trip arranged by our rep which was very good. We arranged a private transfer as we have been to Alanya before and know how far away it is from the airport

This is a family hotel, it would probably not be advisable to go wanting to be miserable sitting by the pool and moaning when you’ve been splashed by the wet water! But that’s just other people - not a hotel issue and didn’t let them spoil our holiday

There is security at the entrance of the hotel who are very lovely and helpful. The slide is food - not just for the children! Unfortunately we needed a doctor and the hotel sent a medial lady was with us instantly

Sultan beach is right infront of the hotel, very clean and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets in the evening. Restaurants, tour guides , clothes shops and food supermarkets are all on a straight path

Lovely hotel - We arrived around 1am and the hotel had bread roll with option of cheese, jam or butter with fruit which was so nice and thoughtful after travelling all day from Scotland - There’s two separate buildings/blocks for the rooms we are in Block C which is quiet and our room has plenty of space with double bed and sofa bed along with balcony (view is out onto the street) - Airconditioning...

Some staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to seat us together regardless of the time, but others seemed visibly annoyed or ignored us altogether
