Staff is very friendly, cleaning every day, green garden around, big territory, safe for children, food was good, but not big variety selection

Very beautiful and well-kept rooms and hotel territory, tasty food (we were supsrised with fish and seafood served every day) and good amenities for children (we traveled with 1 year old infant)

My girlfriend and I feel that our experience was a well justified 3, maybe 4 stars. The hotel staff are friendly and most speak a good amount of English

For kids hotel provides a cot, it has baby food (kind of a soup-cream, pureed fruit, yogurth, juice, milk drink and you can always find what to serve for the child from "general" dishes), mini club for kids after 3 years and a playground outside, separate pool for children

Coffee and beer are good only in the lobby bar. An excellent option for reasonable money. The only downside for those who like to sleep early in building 1 is concerts until 23-00

Meal is good, I wouldn't say it was the best I've ever had and blablabla, nope, but it is really good. A lot of Germans and Russians - interesting mix

Excellent price-quality hotel in Alanya. Hotel is little bit dated, but its not that important to me. Room is clean and has everything you need. It is right on a beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds, no street crossing

Staff is amazing, all of them, doing their best to satisfy you. Food is so delicious and varied. 3 pools around the property, 2 tennis courts, free parking, excellent wifi all over the place

The hotel is located right on the beach, no need to cross the road, as in most hotels in Alanya. Large green area, several swimming pools. There are piers for going down to the sea, bypassing the rocks

Overall, the entertainment is excellent, and the staff is friendly. While waiting in line for a crowded meal can be a bit tedious, the staff does their best to ensure you have a wonderful holiday

Only good thing was the free drinks, some of the entertainment and the location to be honest, you are just another number. But the Spa were really kind and good. Those people were the best staff

We arrived at gone midnight after a travel delay and were quickly checked in and shown were we could get something to eat even at the late hour. The hotel is spotless and there is always somewhere to get food and drink

The food selection is amazing, and freshly cooked. The staff are hard working and friendly. The facilities are great and the location fabulous for a walk around the shops

Here is good everything like entertainment, Tete is good he do aqua gym and volley ball. Ernest darts, morning gym and water polo. Poor and beach is good we like food and drinks. We're enjoying the environment

We have just returned from our 10 day holiday at Xeno Eftallia resort and we have loved it. We did a last minute booking and read some reviews after we had booked and it made me really anxious about staying at the hotel

The only downside, for us was the air conditioning. During the day, the hotel lobby was air conditioned and was a lovely place to sit and relax if it was too hot outside. However, in the evenings, this was switched off

My 2 children enjoyed the pool area and spent a lot of time in the pool and using the slides. Food in the hotel was incredible. We will try anything but there seemed to be plenty of choice and something for everyone

However, there was nothing to worry about. The hotel was beautifully clean. The room was small but perfectly adequate for what we needed and the bathrooms have obviously been updated recently

The bar staff and waiting on staff were friendly but had to deal with a lot of ride customers - basic manners went a long way and we found them all to be really friendly and helpful

So still out of their control and they’ve still done their best for their hotel guests!! Highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking to visit Turkey, I’d happily come to this hotel again as our experience has been amazing! From Owen & Abi👏

Our room wasn’t too bad but some were very far away with lots of hills, in the main building (buffet, reception, pool) there are lifts and within the blocks or rooms there are lifts between floors but between the blocks of rooms there isn’t

During mealtimes you’d go to get your own drink, we noticed there were waiters which floated round but none ever seemed to come to us, only ever a small selection of people would get the table service

There were days when people would reserve sun beds with towels to use the bed for maybe an hour and it would stay with a towel on all day, only one day did we see them removing “reserved” towels

The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, the location is good, close to the center of Alanya, the atmosphere in the hotel is good, the service is nice, there are no language barriers - I had the pleasure of being in a Mexican restaurant, thanks to Yvcel Drhan for being professional and serving delicious dishes, they looked great

Rooms are cleaned, sometimes the minibar is filled. Apparently it depends on which cleaning lady is cleaning. There were enough sunbeds by the sea

I really liked the hotel and the room we chose. The view is gorgeous – mountains, sea, palm trees, and the avenue. The food is good: meat, salmon, and grilled fish every day

I would recommend having a medical thermometer in the first-aid kit at reception. My child had a fever, and there wasn't one. The room is cleaned daily (they don't do swans, but there was a fan)

No security by the pool to enforce rules of no running and no jumping. People bringing their children with soiled diapers into the adult pool. It was disgusting 🤢 No Wifi included in the “all-inclusive”

Nearby there is everything you need: as I said above, the sea is 2 minutes away, the center is 10 minutes away (Klerpatry Park)

stayed here at least 5 times all of them when i was under 12 years old nice staff, although the waiters back then would hit on me at times pool was good food was good (still dreaming about that rice pudding and the chocolate cake they would serve with coffee, nothing like it) my family loved to drink mini disco time is forever will return one day

Best holiday in Turkey! We were 4 adults and 1 child (4yo). Room is big enough, hotel is very clean, quiet, offering a lots of fun and rich program. Food was excellent, restaurant on the beach was big surprise for me

Cleaning service is good as well. Hotel is located in the city so you can walk to restaurants, shops, beach etc. Entertainment You can download hotel's app and check daily plan with like ~10 activities

Evenings are best - bubble show, baloon show, turkish night and so on! You can't be bored here. Aquapark is opened not all the time, but its good - you have time to rest and eat

The hotel is very clean, the staff is super nice and friendly. They have good shows in the evening. The pool was also very clean with great slides. The food has great variety and very tasty

This is very good hotel!!! I'm saying here now, for 12 days in sum. And believe me, if food or water here were toxic, we would knew that as normally we have gentle stomachs

Also the all inclusive service is great, you can literally eat or drink anytime. The hotel has a full time nurse so if there is a medical problem,they can help immediately. The kids club and the arcade are also great

We had a room in the main building, rooms are clean and bigger then normally (we had standard room). Evening entertainment is loud, but we like music so it wasn't bad. Air conditioning works perfectly in the room

Rooms are not wow, issues with air conditioner and a lot of things are broken. Staff is super friendly willing to help you and assist. Their English is not so good when you compare it with their Russian

Lovely hotel - We arrived around 1am and the hotel had bread roll with option of cheese, jam or butter with fruit which was so nice and thoughtful after travelling all day from Scotland - There’s two separate buildings/blocks for the rooms we are in Block C which is quiet and our room has plenty of space with double bed and sofa bed along with balcony (view is out onto the street) - Airconditioning...

Sultan beach is right infront of the hotel, very clean and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets in the evening. Restaurants, tour guides , clothes shops and food supermarkets are all on a straight path

The hotel food was amazing, hats off to the chef, its rare to find a hotel that does different foods every day and for it to fresh and flavourful too. The rooms were immaculate, they were cleaned pretty much every day

You're virtually on the beach, and a taxi rank outside which is cheap enough to get around alanya to do all the sites. There is plenty of sun loungers around all the pools

This is honestly the best located hotel in alanya, especially for a relaxed stay where everything is of a short walking distance

On one occasion, a waiter didn’t clear our table or even acknowledge us, which was disappointing and felt out of place considering the rest of the staff were generally very polite and attentive

There were mixed messages about whether we needed to book a table in the evenings, and we were only allowed to reserve for 7:00 PM, which didn’t always work for us

However, rules about bringing drinks from the hotel to the beach were not enforced, despite signage, which led to some guests ignoring them completely

The place is beautiful, the food was also good and plenty, the waiters and waitresses were very kind, and also the boss/head of the restaurant were very kindly

Last of all just want to mention the young lady who serves iced coffee at the beach bar makes the best iced coffee ever and is always smiling my son liked to go down to see her everyday as she would let him choose his favourite song to play on her sound system

I was in 2023 with my family & friends, and then we will decided, that we have to come again to this beautiful place. So it’s 2025 and we was also there just with family in te period 22-29th of June

Initially, we were extremely disappointed with the food and the reception staff. I flew to Turkey to enjoy Turkish food, not eat "German food" almost every day for two weeks. This was not good for our stomachs at all

The location of the hotel is good, the room furniture is not bad but it is ridiculous to put two single beds instead of a double bed, they are constantly separating in the middle. The cleaning is not good unfortunately

is pure peace! The sea is crystal clear, the beach is calm and comfy. Lying on the sunbed while listening to the waves is just perfect. The staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere is so welcoming

The hotel is a city hotel, located in the residential area of ​​Tosmur, on the embankment. The rooms are clean, functional, the plumbing is in very good condition. The staff is friendly, helpful

Food is big advantage in this hotel. Delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. Additionally snacks at the pool during the day. Room is spacious and looks fresh. Doors could be soundproof but that is not a big deal

They were down from heaven provided by Selim and his Indonesian staff members, very good relaxing and well received, we’ve never been more relaxed after a holiday like this in a long time

Location is amazing so many shops, restaurants around. The beach is a few minutes walk. The only thing was there wasn't much food to pick for British people. Thats my only bad point to pick

The only disadvantage is rather long distance to the beach, slightly more than 1 km. There are shuttle buses between the hotel and the beach, but we did not use them, since the schedule was not suitable for our children

Food was so tasty and lots of varieties. Also Turkish pizza is available during the day. We loved to walk to the beach ( minutes 10), to the city or to the mountains

The room was cleaned every day and all personnel were kind and helpful. We had the highest floor suite and balcony to the mountains. So beautiful to watch the sunset of mountains

We visited Turkey for the first time and we are absolutely delighted! The food at the hotel is delicious, and there is a wonderful chef who comes out to speak with the guests, gives advice on what to eat and how to combine dishes, and speak about the food – such a lovely touch

All the staff always had a smile on their face which for one thing I wouldn't be able to pull off. There was fresh pide served straight from the pizza oven on one of the days and so much fresh salad to choose from
