The pool side and beach side-huts were good to get out the sun with the kids, they were between €20-€30 euros, but are worth it. You can book them in advance at the pool bars

There’s lots of activities to keep you entertained within the resort, we spent quite of bit £,€ and lira even though it was all inclusive, but did not ruin our visit at all!! We saw a lot of negative social media posts about this place, but deffo exceeded our expectations

The food, staff, and hotel have been amazing. There are so many different pools for all the family. We have seen families, couples, and people on his/her own enjoying the resort. We couldn't recommend this hotel enough

Went with a young family, autistic 6 year old boy and 7 year old girl. As a family, we thought it was great. Variety of different food which can be hit and miss but that’s what we expected

Overall my kids loved it! Windmill was great company to use for the private transfers, took a couple of hours off transfer duration

Street food through the day, pizza, waffles, jacket potatoes, nuggets etc which were great. The private beach is a big plus

The hotel is super !!! The rooms are modern, large and comfortable. There is a lot of food and everything is delicious. Service is good. You can smoke everywhere. Wi-fi is fast and throughout.

The animation team was amazing and I enjoyed all the activities. they are so friendly,warm and active and the entertainments were perfect I enjoyed my holiday next to this wonderful team

We have our last night here today. Got our favorite ice coffee from Yasin, the best bartender at the resort. Always friendly! Food is always fresh and there is a great variety. The beach is great and so are the pools

The animation team was excellent! I feel bad for not remembering their names, but they did a great job being energetic and happy whilst trying to entertain everyone all day all week, for the 2 weeks that we were there

The hotel is fairly dated but looks nice for how old it is LOVE the lobby and the rooms are good size and the house keeper comes round every day to stock up and replenish the fridge

The late snack bar is the usual 2 different soups, some fruit, bread & jam, dont expect kebab & chips, this is Turkey! In all my experience was good, I was there on my own but great for families

There are three pools, one has a pirate ship for the kids to play on. There's entertainment on at the Amphitheatre every night, discos on the beach, foam parties, all sorts. It's a great place to stay for families

Although the Marin doesn't have slides in the pool, there are pools on the Island that do. Eftalia Island is a short walk from the hotel, the all inclusive is also available here

Food: The food in the main buffet restaurant was poor. The quality and Variety of foods where not very good. And the choice for Vegetarians where near to nothing

The things that the hotel could control were really good, the pool is lovely with the addition of the 2nd pool with slides, the food was good although a bit samey but what they did put out was really good quality

He said he could give us a lift to the best and biggest clothing shop we can then have a look around go to the cable cars and meet him again to bring us home

There are no set cocktail menu, staff would make these up on request if you asked but measurements where different every time, which would leave to different tastes Entertainment: There was little no no entertainment and the entertainment to offer during our stay wasn't appropriate to English speakers or children

There where two nights of entertainment that we really enjoyed which where dancers from outside the hotel. The Moon bar was shut for the whole stay other than the last night but the night we did go up there we enjoyed

it was very cold but we did go at the beginning of the season. The pool with the slides where a fun touch which was enjoyed by all. There was a very small shallow pool for children and a park and children centre

The food was very good, various with a barbecue area, every vegetarian or keto supporter could easily eat well. Every day a lot of different food to choose from and the staff bustles around so that nothing is missing

It was a really good vacation! We were in the bungalow and not in the main building, which had its advantages. Free Wi-Fi with good coverage even on the beach. On-site souvenir shop with really affordable prices

the hotel is excellent, the food is varied, the beach is close to the hotel, plus, who doesn't mind salt water, there are swimming pools with perfect animators, Hasan had great fun with the children

Small stones hurts and maybe a walkpath to the water would be fine if you want to swim or use sandals. Good food and turkish bath is real good ( i fell at sleep). Have shoes if you want to swim

We spent 7 nights here, the staff were great, they really couldn't do enough for us. The food was good, plenty to pick from every day. The hotel is very clean an well maintained

I was checked in at 7 AM and the hotel boy that gave me a ride to my room was stubbornly waiting for tip. Checking in early in the morning means that guests have been travelling for last 6-8 hours overnight

They feel tired, dirty, sleepy and the last thing they are thinking of is tipping a hotel boy. Not mentioning, that in age of credit cards, they probably don't even have cash on them

Things to improve (if you wish to consider them): - Bakshish - your employees need to understand they will get tips for going an extra mile, not only for doing their job

As for the rooms - I've been assigned to the newest part of the hotel with very nice and spacious rooms, but the older part, with white cottages is really nice too

Suna especially was amazing! Just to note that the hotel overall was good but the style of the rooms could be more new refreshing and modern. Also the smell at the toilets in our room was a little disappointing

Come on, guys, in a fiwe star all-inclusive concept, those should be free. 3-all travelers love playing volleyballs. There is not enough attention from the hotel workers at that part. The net is lower than it should be

We were really happy with the service at Bera Alanya. Especially with the animation team , a special mention for Suna at the animation team. She was really sweet, helpful, entertaining

1-At the room floor is covered by carpet, that is a terrible idea. If you have a very sensitive noise, it may bother you. 2-There are billiards tables down, and they ask money for it

Two teams can be played at the same time. There is one more playground, but it sets terrible against the sun. So one team would come across the sun always

We got sea view room with no extra charge paid! Animation team give their best to entartain the guests! Negative: Food was very traditional, for people who like Turkish food that is a positive, for my family it would be better to also have some more european meals

Overall the hotel is not too bad the staff do their best with the cards they have been dealt with. If you have an issue reception will make a note of it. It may or may not be actioned, you have to chase it up

Officially you have to wait 3-5 people in line at the hotel. it's worth adding that the restaurant freezes. All-inclusive concept, but not everything :) for example, a snack bar in the hotel does not have a car

it's getting cold air conditioning very hot late the only cooler doesn't work. I think the management of the hotel electricity saving :) this is not worthy of 5 stars. the number of elements is insufficient

The beach is only a short walk thru the hotel it is a private beach and is very nice a bit small but still nice to catch the rays!! Our room is lovely and airy our air con broke and we were very impressed by how quickly it was fixed and up and running for us

Our only disappointment was the gym!! We had planned to visit the gym every morning but the gym consisted of a treadmill that was out of order a exercise bike which was not plugged in a few weights and a multi gym that was harder to fathom than a rubix cube

The children's pool can be made more shaded at least for lunch hours, otherwise there may be health problems 4. The workshop activities are very nice but under the hotel capacity, you may not be able to find a place 5

The cleaners did a great job not just cleaning the rooms but the cleaners around the hotel everything was spotless

I think the number of sunbeds by the pool is a bit low compared to the hotel capacity, you may need to get up early and get a sunbed. I did not see much activity to entertain the children 3

The beach area feels like paradise! We wanted to end with the best part : Blue Marlin staff members are amiable, friendly, skilled and hardworking! We’d like to thank more personally barmaid Gulsen, barman Anil and especially the best waiter Abdulkadir who made our stay so pleasant, we won’t forget you guys! Rooms are not wow, issues with air conditioner and a lot of things are broken. Staff is super friendly willing to help you and assist. Their English is not so good when you compare it with their Russian

On the other hand, the food options were not very varied, and although the quality of the food was good, there wasn't enough variety to keep things interesting for multiple days

Absolutely fantastic place to stay at. The staff is super nice, the food is amazing, it's very close to the beach (and it has a proper beach side, not one of those wooden/metal ones with a ladder leading into the sea)

Hotel spa staff are pushy and will offer you a massage twice a day for 40€. Prices in the hotel shop vary randomly every day (±1-2 Euro). The free WiFi speed is 1 Mb, while the premium WiFi for 10€ offers a speed of 4 Mb

Good hotel with good personal and nice restoration​ but have some problems. All additional beds a broken. Towels are not new. 4 piples family got only 1 room key.

Cons (lot of them but they are not so important) : Sunbeds are reserved for all the time by other stupid people, and the hotel service does not remove towels from sunbeds at the end of the day

With all hotels there are some good and some bad points, let’s start with the positives

Half of the dishes lack descriptions (sometimes you don’t know what you will eat). Ice creams are available only twice per week. Advantages: A large swimming pool with hot water is open from 7 a
