The rooms are very large and comfortable, we had a beautiful pool and sea view with a kettle and fridge in our room. The food was always delicious with plenty of choices and was of a very high standard

The food caters for as many nationalities as possible. I don't even like slides and enjoyed ourselves, no end. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday a lifelong memory

Just had a lovely holiday with family at this hotel. First mention should be the AMAZING staff, they are really hard working, polite and very friendly

This time I experienced the bad experience, room beds where like sleeping on springs no iron plus most things were closed as of end of season. But overall was good my child loved it and the food was OK

There’s lots of activities to keep you entertained within the resort, we spent quite of bit £,€ and lira even though it was all inclusive, but did not ruin our visit at all!! We saw a lot of negative social media posts about this place, but deffo exceeded our expectations

Last thing to mention the hotel was spotless, thanks for a really great stay to all of the staff and l hope you all get a pay rise because you deserve it

Very beautiful and well-kept rooms and hotel territory, tasty food (we were supsrised with fish and seafood served every day) and good amenities for children (we traveled with 1 year old infant)

Staff is very friendly, cleaning every day, green garden around, big territory, safe for children, food was good, but not big variety selection

The animation team was excellent! I feel bad for not remembering their names, but they did a great job being energetic and happy whilst trying to entertain everyone all day all week, for the 2 weeks that we were there

For kids hotel provides a cot, it has baby food (kind of a soup-cream, pureed fruit, yogurth, juice, milk drink and you can always find what to serve for the child from "general" dishes), mini club for kids after 3 years and a playground outside, separate pool for children

The hotel is super !!! The rooms are modern, large and comfortable. There is a lot of food and everything is delicious. Service is good. You can smoke everywhere. Wi-fi is fast and throughout.

We vacationed for a week at the Orange County hotel. I came with the Hungarian hairstylists team to the 3-day International hairdressing show held at the hotel. The foods was varied and delicious

every night was a different show for example acrobatics and Salsa. The personnel were very kind and polite, i will definitely choose this hotel again if i go to Turkey again

The hotel doesn't match its 5* grade. Room service is not good, you should ask to clean your room, otherwise you will have only towel change. Swimming pool is good, but beach area is small.

The food is gorgeous - lots, delicious, varied, tasty! The best I've tried. Pitty - never enough forks, plates, cups and glasses. Plastic cups are not fit for cola, beer etc

I myself very much rested from 27 August to 5 September 2015. A large area has many pools good slides out from the hotel and from the beach. The room we had was in the new building we loved the room

I'm nervous when I read reviews, but the rooms are clean, well maintained and new materials to be used, it's a relief. The variety of food in the least, but it's enough. All of the employees was friendly and helpful

If you want a night of dancing, 3 of the hotel(about 400 meters) from the MS beach, MS is arancia, there is disco and very decent. I put 4 and not 5 because it seemed to us very little space in the room

The late snack bar is the usual 2 different soups, some fruit, bread & jam, dont expect kebab & chips, this is Turkey! In all my experience was good, I was there on my own but great for families

There are three pools, one has a pirate ship for the kids to play on. There's entertainment on at the Amphitheatre every night, discos on the beach, foam parties, all sorts. It's a great place to stay for families

Although the Marin doesn't have slides in the pool, there are pools on the Island that do. Eftalia Island is a short walk from the hotel, the all inclusive is also available here

The hotel is fairly dated but looks nice for how old it is LOVE the lobby and the rooms are good size and the house keeper comes round every day to stock up and replenish the fridge

The shops on site were great and we have definitely gone away with our moneys worth. Good information In main lobby of things you can do outside the hotel. The only issue we had was the food

We could hear all our neighbours and the loud music from outside until falling asleep. After the party is done or earlier in the morning, you can hear the traffic from the nearby highway through the closed balcony door

As a vegetarian I found a wide range of vegetarian dishes which were very delicious. I just didn’t like the bathroom. Water flow is very bad and toilet paper quality is extremely bad. Otherwise,everything is great

Excellent price-quality hotel in Alanya. Hotel is little bit dated, but its not that important to me. Room is clean and has everything you need. It is right on a beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds, no street crossing

They lie, they don't refund even after not providing what was promised and timely cancelation (due to not providing agreed service in Grand Hamam Alanya which is also cheats on customers) they use word tricks to sell under pressure and when troubles or complaints appear - they avoid responsibility

He said he could give us a lift to the best and biggest clothing shop we can then have a look around go to the cable cars and meet him again to bring us home

Water in swimming pool during our stay was 16-18 degrees, barely anyone was swimming. Huge advantage is access to beach with clean,warm water, nice and friendly beach restaurant which was our most pleasant surprise

Stayed here for 3 nights, basic all inclusive, room cleaning is virtually non existent and when they do come in they take all the towels, flannels away and don’t replace them, they leave the bins in the room full so everything is now overflowing as there is no where else to but rubbish, do not get no coffee in the rooms and it doesn’t matter if you complain to reception they just don’t care they say...

We did not receive the right code necessary for fly check-in from the office, and the officials were „certainly” unreachable. We could manage our problem exclusively with the help of the man at the reception, Sidar

Regarding helpfulness I would like to enhance Sidar from the reception staff. Resulted from our travel agency negligence we encountered really serious difficulty on our trip to back home on 22nd of October

The hotel is located very well, near the sea (just 15 minutes to the sea by walking), Shops, markets and restaurants are nearby delicious with good quality Clean rooms, comfortable beds, we had everything in our room Very clean! The hotel and reception staff were very kind and polite!

They have vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and pistachio icecream flavours available! The evening entertainment is the only poor bit really - bingo is fun! I’ve always understood that Turkey 5 star is like standard 3/4 star so don’t expect magnificence, but also go with an open mind because it’s lovely and the staff are friendly enough, though most don’t speak good English - enough to get where you need...

The drinks are strong and tasty at each bar. The icecream/snack bar is not a quick trip from the pool as it’s around the corner of the front of the hotel but worth it once you get there

There are plenty of English people around in the little shopping/restaurant area. Give it a chance and ignore the stupid stuck up reviews!

I liked everything. Animation was a little lame, but sometimes they lit up to the fullest. Basically I liked everything.

The food is not top quality - but it’s edible and there is a large salad and bread selection which is good for me! They do BBQ and yummy food at each serving so you’ll find something you like - food is repetitive but for me this meant I would defo get to eat something I enjoyed

We recently (last week of october) visited this hotel for a short family vacation, and as a person of color traveling with my family, I was pleased to find the hotel staff to be very welcoming

It’s a pleasant place with attentive, friendly staff who go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. As for whether it qualifies as a five-star ultra all-inclusive, I’ll leave that judgment to others

Occasionally, we added a bit of salt or sugar to taste, but overall, we found the food enjoyable and filling. We didn’t make use of the children’s buffet or the beach bar’s offerings

As adults, we also found the pools refreshing once we adjusted to the temperature. There were plenty of activities available for the children within the hotel

Food good, really big choice - restaurant sometimes overcrowded. Staff- good, speaking more languages, but they will try to put you in basement apartment, and then you should fight for better one

Beach and pool - good, but in the sea in that place are big rocks, so we‘v spent most of the time at the pool. Wifi- awful! Really really poor. Gym - small, without AC, to die inside

Pros: located on the first line to the sea 50 meters, the rooms are clean and cleaned daily, the food is varied and tasty, there is a choice of meat, and drinks of alcohol at lunch and dinner, there was wine, beer is always more spirits for a fee, in addition to the main restaurant and bars where during the day you can eat

Cons: the hotel is located 120 km from the airport, so to get at least 2 hours in the rooms poor sound insulation, Internet access is weak though and catches throughout the evening animation so so young people there will be boring, no discos

So still out of their control and they’ve still done their best for their hotel guests!! Highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking to visit Turkey, I’d happily come to this hotel again as our experience has been amazing! From Owen & Abi👏

A nice resort with plenty to do. Evening entertainment was good and some staff were polite. The grounds were clean and maintained well. Rooms were a little bit tired but still nice and spacious

Pools were nice and kids pool and wet play area was very good Some services were slow and could do with more staff or organised better. Saw a man who looked like a manager shout at a child for dropping his waffle

I have just returned from this amazing resort with my family. The rooms were spacious and clean. In fact the whole resort was very clean

Hotel rooms were air conditioned and also had lots of information about the hotel in booklets on the desk in the rooms so you didn’t have to worry about how to do anything whilst they were there

Rooms was cleaned everyday as well, we mentioned between us many times that we’ve never seen a place so clean before, staff love to make sure the place is clean and tidy! During the day the entertainment team always keep you occupied and make sure you’re having a good time

In addition to the ice cream girl in the evening, her smile was missing, it seemed as if someone was forcing her to do that job, no matter how much you tried to make a joke with her, she looked like you had killed someone

Overall, it is a quality hotel, clean, great facilities, but the employees is what truly made this a great hotel and a good holiday. Only improvement points we see might be the wines and a bit more theme based dinners

Lovely hotel, great value for money. Just wished the rooms were somewhat nicer. But the views we had of the hotel made it worth it 😍 would definitely come back. The staff was lovely and loads of veggies options

What I didn't like is that I had an incident in the room and while ironing I ruined the upholstery of the sofa. We told the reception about this and the assessment they gave the bull was very high (100 euros)

If you are looking for the ultimate place to relax, club Turtas is the place for you. This resort has multiple pools, a private beach and even several slides

They serve fresh amazing food daily, they continuously have activities for all ages through out the day and every evening (except Sunday) there is a show worth watching

Even beaches are much nicer there :) Food is also great, good selection, but after a few days, everything tastes similar

Cleanest Rooms I have ever seen and best food they provide. It has been almost 2 months hotel opened. Employees and owner of hotel trying to make guest happy as much as they can. I stayed 5 days with happy ending

Beautiful structure and very clean place. 3 outside swimming pools, one for men, one for women only, and one for the families. Also there is a beach for the hotel. Intertainment team for the pool and for the children

They have a Turkish spa-hamam - this is amazing massage lasts just under 2hrs- skin feels amazing and body feels refreshed. Great fun for the family holiday

It's a halal hotel, so it's designed for Muslims. Food was great, staff had great customer service. Beach is across the road- easy access

Was served leftovers for two days Room was not clean. Although I complained this was not rectified for four days. The plan was to stay at the hotel for a week but checked out after five days
