Upon arriving you immediately get the feeling this is a no non-sense, family friendly, business class hotel. The attention to detail, for example the stack of fresh towels stored typically under the sink in most hotels - but here they are stored in the section furthest "away" from the toilet, and the same with the toilet paper. It's common hygienic sense, well done! Bed sheets and pillows fresh and clean, the staff are courteous and professional.
Other hotels focus on how large, well stocked and polished their main bar is, or how pretty the girl receiving you at the entrance is. Here their focus is the operation of the hotel itself - how refreshing!
It's an older hotel, but well maintained with competitive rates. Will always stay here when in Ankara, thank you.

I have been in your hotel 2 times, first time i was charged for drinks that i didnt really used from my room fridge. I told to the receptionsit that i didnt take anything from the fridge but they didnt care they just wanted the money.
Second time that i came, because of covid your breakfast was not open buffe it was being served by your waiters, but the food was really bad and it was smelling. The hotel condition in general is good, but your staf is terrible. What im saying for your staff its openly showed in your repply, you should thank your clients for critisizing you so you can became better, not acusing them as liers.
Anyway i wish you all the best and i hope you will fix your issues, because the location of that hotel is grate!

We have now been staying at Tzob hotel for over six weeks so consider we have experienced everything. The staff are absolutely fantastic. So pleasant and helpful and welcoming, especially the housekeeping staff and young girls at breakfast. My only complaint is the lack of a bath tub. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Like a second home now. Xx

Nice clean hotel. Pleasant staff. Good selection of dishes at breakfast. Dinner very disappointing and rushed service. Very traditional Turkish dishes not really what expected in an Hotel Restaurant by overseas visitors for Dinner. Overall very conveniently situated and value for money.

Nice hotel Great staff. Food was excellent. Only problem no bar which seems to be the norm now in many parts of Turkey. It's a total impediment to tourists from other countries who wish to enjoy the social activity and atmosphere that a bar add to ant establishment. A total put off to possible tourists from other countries.

good stay experience, however some improvements might be considered; like the breakfast it is better to have open buffet rather than a prepared plate for each guest, also the food was not fresh when we stayed there. In the room, the shower was not working properly.

Good hotel, with lots of parking spaces outside, the food is OK, the room service has limited choices. It is clean, and lenient on refreshments.

i had to wait for 8 hours to get a room even i reserved one over phone call a week before.
the morning staff at the reception were really disrespectful. its too far from downtown where my work was but during the reservation they told me the opposite !
