I stayed in Mimi hotel for about 8 nights. The best thing there was the staff, especially HILAL and ANIL, who were some of the best, friendliest, and most helpful people I've ever met at hotels. I need to thank them a lot.
In fact, the hotel was not a 4-star one, but more like a 3-star in all aspects. The location was nice but almost far from many places that could be solved by the bus stations located just next to the hotel.
The room was cramped without proper ventilation, and the toilet and bathroom was both really small and not very clean.
The breakfast was good enough but not very good.
All in all, it was a nice stay which was made mostly by the staff, including the receptionists and the concierges.

** STAY AWAY**
The RUDEST staff you will ever meet. The lady at reception met us with the most DISGUSTING attitude, was so bothered if we asked her something like she had something against us. Got a call from the ‘manager’ screaming down the phone saying I double booked and to come down to reception. When I came down both the receptionist and the ‘manager’ we so verbally aggressive, did not want to help, screaming at me ‘ don’t cancel the second booking I will take your money anyway’ honestly we were so shocked. Spent the night in the tiniest room and was out the door at the crack of dawn. Disgusting hotel with zero morals and values.

Hotel very nice and luxurious. Big TV and tasty breakfast. Room was everyday cleaned and bed made. Employee very friendly and service oriented. Had a nice stay!

A lovely welcoming hotel in good location. Twin and double room booked for this trip. Whilst the double did smell of stale cigarette (despite no smoking signs on the doors) and had no view or window that opened - the twin was clean, fresh, modern and with a pleasant view through fully working window. Showering toiletries provided. Small fridge in each room with menu of meal options available.
The self serve breakfast included was very good. A full and extensive variety of Turkish breakfast favourites including hot dishes, tea, coffee and water.

I came here from London and was very well looked after. The room was comfortable and clean and the housekeeping was excellent. The staff were very helpful, particularly Mr. Samet and Mr. Osman. They ordered me food from outside when I wanted it and made sure I was very well looked after. Thank you to all of the amazing staff, you've done a great job. Highly recommend!

For those who are going there for a massage, I'd recommend you to look for other options. We had the worst unprofessional massage experience in this hotel.
Although we had arranged an appointment for 10 pm, we had to wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes until we received the massage. We were told there would be a half an hour delay, but it took almost 2 hours.
We explicitly asked whether there is a jacuzzi in your facility and they responded yes. However, during our visit, we had to ask them to turn on the jacuzzi pump to work. The water was definitely not clean and the lights were not turned on, so it was completely dark. Also, the jacuzzi water was lukewarm, not hot.
It is so hilarious and at the same time so infuriating about what they think about their costumers and how they offer their massage service in a four-star hotel with 4/5 star reviews! We would definitely never attend this facility anymore!!!

Koru Hotel is very clean, safe, fine, peaceful with comfortable and soft beds. Amazing, helpful staff are super friendly. I recommend Koru Hotel with 5 stars for delicious breakfast. I feel like I've been at home. Special thanks to Mr Furkan and Mr Sinan for their best concern. Thanks again to all the hotel staff.

Kotu hotel is clean and comfortable. We are happy and enjoyed our stay at the koru hotel specially thanks to Garson sinan. My advise is to add english channel on tv.

Amazing staff. Amazing food. Very attentive. Room was very big and nice. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because one of the bathrooms were caked in pee.

Extremely unfriendly and rude staff. I was waiting for a friend (who stays in the hotel) in the lobby. The whole time, staff in the lobby gave me bad looks. Finally, a staff asked me whom I was waiting for!!! They have no right to ask me that. They treated me like I am a potential criminal. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE I HAVE EVER SEEN. Terrible, terrible place. STAY AWAY!
