Wonderful hotel…breakfast buffet was amazing. Our room (615) was spotless when we arrived and stayed that way because Esra, our maid, was so thorough with daily tidying. We were even able to communicate through google translator.

It was an amazing experience, a great hotel with friendly staff. It is wheelchair accessible, great reception. The rooms and clean and well kept. The facilities are great with friendly staff manning them. The view from the front rooms are great (I stayed in the back rooms).

Nearly 5 minutes from Ankara Airport which make it good choice if you have a connecting flights with some time in between, rooms and furniture is average but clean and the most important they have good bed mattresses to have good relaxation, I didn't used their restaurant to give judgement about it, in general the is level is above average for 3 stars hotel.

Was a guest here with my wife on the 24th July and had fairly low expectations (being an airport hotel). These were significantly exceeded however as we found the hotel very clean, rooms comfortable and quiet and the food was acceptable. All staff were polite and helpful. Would certainly stay here again and can strongly recommend staying here.

Kübra and Osman at the restaurant are wonderful. The receptionists are also very nice. They will great you with a smile, and help promptly with any requests. The food at the restaurant is very good, and service is very quick.

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Çukurambar. The hotel is perfect for families there are so many amenities for children, including a dedicated PlayStation room that kept our kids entertained for hours. Had a great evening by dining in Turkish restaurant on the opposite road side where they say Mustafa Kamal Atatürk also dined once of which they have hung a photograph of the occasion. Perfect location, very humble and helpful staff. Rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast was good although menu was almost same everyday. Stayed for 5 nights and menu was changed only once. Overall perfect place only one drawback is the lighting is low which initially feels asthetic but not practical.

Customer service was decent overall. We booked a suite that included a sofa bed, but it wouldn’t open. When we asked for help, the staff said they didn’t know how to fix it, and the second time we were told housekeeping was closed. The hotel really needs to improve on customer satisfaction. It's a half-hour drive from the airport. The location is good, on the edge of the city center, with convenient transportation. The hotel has no parking lot, so you need the front desk to help you park. The room has enough space.

I was busy and forgot to take pictures. The hotel is relatively new, with a grand lobby and large rooms. The facilities, hygiene, and toiletries are all okay. The room is big, and the two beds are big, so it's very comfortable to stay with a half-grown child. There seems to be an outlet mall next door. It's about 140 lira to take a taxi to the museum

In comparison with 3-star hotels it was quite well, room was clean enough and the ambiance of the whole hotel is surprisingly artistic. Staff are welcoming and they are willingly ready to help.

It's such a nice hotel. There are hot water, conditioner, soap, shampoo, qtip, shower cap, the minus is just toothpaste and toothbrush due to covid. It's strategic, near to some restaurants and a minimarket. Stay here after going to Indonesia Embassy in Ankara.

Great value and very pleasant stay. Staff are lovely, the breakfast was ample, the room was large and comfortable with good AC. Good location for restaurants and cafes.

Given the very reasonable price, this hotel was a great deal in my opinion. However, due to its location, I would not recommend it for elderly people, as it requires crossing a rather challenging and crowded street. Overall, it was a good choice for me.

We stayed here as part of a small group tour. The rooms in the hotel were small but comfortable although the shower was very poor. The staff were efficient but not very friendly. The breakfast was very good. It was fine for the one night we stayed.
