Since this is an airport hotel, it is the one many airlines use to house stranded travelers. In fact, they seem to have rooms and floors designated to such guests. What you see the nice pics of the hotel is totally different from what you will be experienced. I enjoyed the buffet , the food and also the coffee. I was given a nights stay from Turkish airlines after missing a connecting flight. Hotel is big and beautiful, though a bit old. No water kettle or anything extra in the room. Very basic. I did use the gym, which is fully equipped and clean. Food was served 3 times a day, can’t say it’s bad. If you’re stuck in Ankara Airport overnight, I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent service at this hotel. Everyone member of staff is so attentive and helpful. The breakfast has some of the best options I've had at hotels. The facilities (gym, spa and pools) are clean and open late. And there's decent security in and around the hotel.

The hotel is filled with great staff. It's a big place with nice apartments. However if you don't have a car it's a bit long to walk to your apartment. Dear Management, do something about the music in your hotel! Listening to the same two titles in a permanent loop is pure torture! The concierge service are very friendly, and there´s a large mall nearby. It's convenient to drive or take a taxi to attrations, which are about 10-15 minutes drive away.

Well the hotel needs a lot of improvements to meet the 5 star standards known in Turkiye. 1- Some of the staff don’t speak English and can take too long to send orders to the rooms 2- The amenities offered in the rooms are Turkish brands not international brands 3- The cleanliness of the rooms showed a low importance on cleanliness as the cleanliness of the cabinets and tables are not up to standard...

I enjoyed my stay. The service was good, and the rooms were lovely. The front desk staff were very helpful. However, I noticed that the staff's language skills were limited to Turkish. I would suggest offering language courses, particularly in English, to enhance the guest experience.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Ankara and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was spacious and nicely decorated with a great view of the city. Overall, my stay at the Sheraton Ankara was very enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend it to others visiting Ankara.

Latanya Hotel was great, stayed there for 5 days had an indoor pool, had a spa salon which was closed at the day of my visit, had many amenities in our room, our beds were pretty comfy, there was a vintage and modern-look combined together. It had a nice environment. The service was great everywhere we went, staff were smiling all the time and were very kind. I was greatful to stay here.

I was only in the conference hall for a celebration. Very big, clean, friendly staff, nice food. The lavatories were also very clean and looked luxurious. This was the 2nd time I was there, and I was not disappointed. The parking space could be larger considering the area, but I still managed to find a space to park the car.

Location is not good because it is nearby a garden and pool that use for parties. The room was big and clean. Air conditioning system didn't work properly and the TV didn't work at all.

Positive points 1. There was misunderstanding about the room type that the reception handled it well. 2. Everyone could speak English well which is rare in Ankara!! Negative points 1. Breakfast could be better 2. One locker smelled weirdly bad, I had a short stay and didn't use that locker.

Service makes this hotel our choice in Ankara. Bugra, Concierge, and the Chef (we are vegetarian, and the in-room dining team really sorted us out with delicious off-menu vegetarian options) really helped us. Stayed 3 nights at the Lugal, friendly staff at the door and reception. Food is good, breakfast buffet (at the Sheraton) with lots of choices. Breakfast a la carte options at the Lugal restaurant. Only downside was that it was quite hot in all areas but that seems an overall thing in Turkey.
