Grand Sera Hotel

Amazing location, its centre of ankara, extra ordinary breakfast, nice big rooms, neat and clean. I stayed for one night but its really a good place. there isn’t much of Parking outside, but staff will manage everything for you and will park your car accordingly.

First of all I would like to give a great compliment to a receptionist Salih. He was very helpful, professional and kind. From person that used to work in tourism and hospitality for almost 10 years, I have not seen better service. These kind of receptionists are like 1 in milion. This hotel should be proud of this kind of staff. They are well put together, their dress code, behaviour is like from manual. Hotel is very clean, it is very neat. Breakfast is more then amazing. Hotel is like mixure of retro and modern style. You might feel like you are in modern 80s move. Hotel is in “carsija” center, which for this price is more then amazing. Again, cleanliness of hotel is better then most of 5 star hotels, I really relaxed here and had a nice time. Also you get complimentary hot drinks in a room. Small tip that I would give for future travelers is that you should specify do you want somkers room or non smokers room. For us we did not mind, but I know if we wanted other room the staff would be very helpful. We usually come here frequently and will come back here definitely. The business trip can feel like vecation in this hotel. This kind of hotel is where you get more then you pay, rooms are clean very well, for someone who is germophob felt pretty nice in the room. I used to visit a lot of hotels, even 5* hotels dont have this kind of service like here. Very good, clean amazing. You definitely get more then you pay. Will come here again. -Kemaloğlu couple ♥️

Fabulous hotel. Great location can easily walk to main museums and other tourist sites. Excellent staff helped arranged bus tickets to Goreme and taxi service. Brilliant wifi that actually worked! Clean spacious and value for money rooms. Breakfast was excellent. I’d highly recommend and I’d stay there again without hesitation. Loved it!

+ The hotel is close to the historic places at the quiet street. Not far is big market with good prices for food. The breakfast is quite good with different vegetables, fruits, local cheese and sweets. Juices are standard from cartons. Room was clean and comfortable enough. TV channels are local. All of our requests were resolved with no problems. The staff is friendly.

The location of the hotel is very good... close to so many shops and attractions. This made parking a bit difficult during the day. But if you don't care about parking, I strongly recommend this hotel. The people are welcoming and the service is quite nice. We really enjoyed the breakfast also!

Location is great! The hotel had everything we needed. The rooms were ok, good quality for the price.

Very good city hotel - friendly staff, special Recaption MR BURAK many thanks and good rooms. Our stay was perfect. It's on a busy street and there is a huge mosque very close by. Bring earplugs! I will be back there any time I vist Ankra
