Old and noisy building. Staff unfriendly and useless. They simply couldn’t give us two card keys. The breakfast was nothing special. Would not recommend it because of the uncooperative and grumpy staff.

Location is great. Hotel has a bar at the entrance with wide variety of drinks and foods. Rooms are clean but sometimes it takes some time for hot water to run. Parking is available.

Majority of the reception staff couldn’t even speak english, hanged up on me when I tried to make an order for room service and made us pay an extra fee for breakfast before we checked out for no reason. The coffee shop staff were friendly and very good at their job, but sadly the hotel is far from it. Would not recommend this hotel to tourists, better options in the centre of the city.

Our friend Oğuz recommended this hotel and our stay was very comfortable. It's a modern hotel in a great location near sites and restaurants on Iran and Ataturk caddesi.

Hotel Cinnah is a well located lower cost hotel in Ankara.
Everything is adequate given the price.
The staff are excellent and do everything to serve you. A mention for Levent on reception doing a great job.

Soooo bad .The reception staff are not nice. They tried to take advantage of me with an additional amount even though I had booked and paid in advance. During the reservation, I chose breakfast and when I arrived they told me that I must pay for breakfast... A very bad experience. I do not recommend it at all.👎👎👎

A modern hotel with all the necessary comfort amenities and easy access to all corners of Ankara. I stayed nine days in this hotel and had a pleasant experience. Pros: Very polite and helpful staff; excellent continental breakfast; fast and stable Wi-Fi; accessibility to all city corners; all hotel guests were courteous and quiet. Cons: The room HVAC system was not following the digital thermostat and sometimes made the room arctic cold; shower stall doors were not properly closing, and the whole bathroom floor got wet after every shower; walls appeared to be thin and could hear adjacent rooms.
