Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life 🤮, I would have been more comfortable sleeping outside on Konyalti beach for the night! I have seen prison cells with better accommodation and cleanliness then this place. Bed sheets had strange marks 👀 with multiple bed bugs, at morning our whole kitchen was infested with ants after just a nights stay.
The guy running the place is a rude and sly individual. Not only did the owner cancel our stay on booking.com and ask us to leave on the first night, he also proceeds to refuse a refund and fraudulently tell booking.com we stayed the whole 5 days. Horrible man, I have no idea how he sleeps after stealing everyones hard earned money for a living 🤣
AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS , honestly save your money there’s a place across the road with far better facilities and customer service that will actually treat you like humans.

I had a room there for a week. For that price it’s very good if you want to compare with all the hotels next to it. It comes in handy that it has a kitchen inside. It has AC in every room except toilet. The service is very nice too. No problems with them. They were very nice to us even during the holiday we had only bad experience with the people in turkey. They even helped us in unnecessary cases. From there it’s maybe 15 min to the beach and 5 min until next bus stop. It’s a pretty good location. The only problems with the room we had was that most of the stuff looks worn down. It’s not really that bad but it bothered some people I guess.

As a remote worker i always hesitate about internet speed. This hotel has 50mbit internet and it is fast enough.

Staff is forgetful, the room was never cleaned in a week’s time, bedding was not changed, the kettle didn’t work, the sofa was broken, the dishwasher broke after 1 use (the staff promised a solution, but did nothing).
The person whom I’ve seen mostly didn’t speak English.
The location is really good.
It’s an okay place, but it’s definitely overrated and overpriced.

ATTENTION SCAM!
An hour before arrival - they canceled the reservation and demanded +165 dollars. It was at night, there was a storm, and we had no choice but to pay!!!

When we called the hotel and asked why they canceled the reservation an hour before check-in, they told them to whatsapp and demanded an additional payment of +165 dollars!!! Terrible hotel and services. I warned that I could call the police, but they just laughed. They don't care at all. Just mafia.
We have written to Booking but no response yet.
The room was never cleaned. View from the room - to the garbage.

Maybe I payed for groundfloor of the hotel but basement smell was not good at all. Moss found on the ceiling of the washroom. Not enough blankets for the people who are living in the room. Sofa bottom is second bed. It is not sofabed as described.

We stayed for 8 nights here we are a family of 2 adults and 6 kids. We were accommodated at 4th floor. No lifts hence you carry your own laggage via stairs. One of the room is a modified Balcony with glass windows all around. So with the heat of Antalya don't expect the aircon to cool, especially in the day time. The owner looks friendly. No reception. Just an office next to the building in which the owners office is located

It's mostly ok for this price, simple and minimalistic. When we were there, had some problems with hot water - it disappeared for a short time 20.03, and for most of the day 21.03. I believe it is heated by the hotel using electricity, and they decided to turn it off (I assume). I was complaining to administrator and calling the hotel number, later it became warm just enough for a quick shower, and only in the evening I noticed it hot again. This was quite unpleasant situation, taking into account that it was not summer yet (about 5 C in the night), and the fact that we were with little kids. Another issue was in that we were often missing parts of bed closing (blanket or sheet) after cleaning. Also few things a bit broken or missing in the room, but you can live with that. On the bright side, location is good - quiet area, but everything needed is close. Personnel is friendly and helpful.
