Excellent location, right on Konyaalti Beach, perfect for walking along the beautiful promenade. Despite the relatively reasonable price, we unfortunately found some flaws in the amenities (the sheets were missing; the single bed was actually a very uncomfortable sofa... towels and toilet paper were missing), and cleaning, including linen change, was only provided once a day and upon request.

We stayed for one night. We had a late flight, landing at 10:30 PM, but check-in was smooth around 11 PM. We'd booked a room for four, advertised with a double bed and a sofa bed. However, the sofa wasn't a pull-out, so we had to move an ottoman next to it to make room for two. The air conditioning unit gave off an unpleasant smell. The room itself was dirty, and the furniture was old. Konyalti beach is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. They don't offer any meal services. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and certainly wouldn't stay here again.

We checked in for a couple of nights during peak season, primarily looking for an affordable apartment with a good location. The hosts were friendly. We weren't expecting anything spectacular; the rooms were a bit rundown. We were disappointed that not all outlets worked, the drain was clogged, and the toilet was positioned unusually high off the floor – I imagine anyone under 2 meters tall would find it awkward. (This was Room 44). We also missed some basic essentials, like salt in the kitchen and bath mats for the bathroom, especially since the shower is right next to the toilet. All in all, the apartment was passable; it's close to the sea, and for the price, it was acceptable.

The main advantage of this accommodation is its proximity to the sea; it's very close, especially if you walk through the park. What was lacking for convenience: there were no cleaning supplies, not even a basic broom or mop to sweep up small messes. Also, there's no bath mat in the bathroom, and since the shower and toilet are combined, water tends to splash everywhere.

Great apartment, great hosts! Everything is there for living like at home, if there were questions, the hosts solved everything instantly. Autumn is grateful for a good holiday. The sea is 10 minutes leisurely. I will recommend, and if we come, we will definitely stay again.

However... the cleanliness and hygiene are a bit poor.
Close to Konyalti Beach, please bring shampoo and body wash.
