This place has hair and clogged bathroom. When you shower, the water comes up and the hair of previous guests are swimming around you. Originally booked a place on 1st floor with washing machine. Instead of an upgrade we got 4th floor (no elevator) with no washing machine and these issues. You don’t have proper bed linen and has to sleep under the bed cover. In 5 nights out of 6 they haven’t done anything with the issue. We came on final day and only after several arguments they started to do something. We are disappointed. No claims possible, this place is a total scam…!

Although the hotel is in the centre with good connections I had a really bad experience, The mattress and bed were covered in bedbugs. Even though they fumigated for 2 days, I could barely rest at night with the number of bedbugs I found.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. From the moment we stepped into the room, we were hit with the overwhelming smell of cigarettes and alcohol. It was genuinely hard to breathe, and we both woke up the next day with sore throats due to the poor air quality.
The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The sofa was filthy, with visible cigarette burns and stains. The couch table even had a big black hole in it — completely unacceptable. One of the chairs was broken and unusable. On top of that, the kitchen was barely equipped, making it nearly impossible to use for even basic meals.
The TV looked like it was from the 90s and barely worked, adding to the feeling that the place hasn’t been updated or maintained in years. Despite arriving FOUR HOURS after the official check-in time — and clearly communicating my arrival time — the room still wasn’t fully cleaned. The staff didn’t seem to care and weren’t particularly friendly or helpful either.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay. For the price and the description provided, this was nowhere near the quality I expected. Definitely would not recommend.

Irresponsible employees and pointing fingers at the person who doesnt work at the current shift... Saying lies while booking and not supporting when we arrive. Will never go here. Worst experience. Very dirty and noisy rooms.

This hotel has been globally disappointing.
There is no parking spot (but a parking lot nearby).
There is smells and water leaks in our room (4th floor) (leaks in the bathroom)
We can hear everything from the neighbour rooms.
The walls are scratched and dirty and the furniture has been packed in so close and unoptimized that it's really uncomfortable. The kitchen-ware available is dirty and insufficient.
No mosquito net.
AC remote not adapted and therefore not working.
No lift.
No swimming pool as it says on this Google page.

Well, the nice thing is the proximity with the center, there is beds and a roof.

Giving two stars for a great location, friendly staff and the place being dog friendly. The design of the place was possibly nice a few years ago too.
The place is clean but not clean, i mean the floors the bathroom, bedsheets were cleaned but the whole condition of the place is not nice. Smells like smoke, sofa didn’t feel clean at all so we asked for a blanket to cover it up, the washing machine and the fridge are quite old.
The shower is alright but tiny.
