We took the breakfast option but aside from the drinks and food not included in the package, everything else is including the AMAZING VIEWS AND SEA ACCESS. Very wonderful place, food, staff and location

Parking is included if you rent a car. We had s car with us and the valet looked after everything. I cannot say enough good things about this place

I have never seen a Ramada like this. Very modern beautiful atrium. The rooms are spacious with a very nice bathroom. It has a balcony where you can see a sliver of the sea. Huge dining room with an amazing buffet.

Honestly the only negative i have to say about this place is drinks and service are more expensive than the local area. We stayed there a couple of night to end our vacation, and wow, i can't wait to go back

From check in to check out, every person made sure I felt good about my stay. This was a home away from home

Beautiful setting and architectural layout with the ruins below which we were give a guided tour by the Manager. Kudos to the owners for having taken care of this to preserve the historical significance of the place

I think others mentioned that there are no kettles in the room I would have loved if they didn’t charge for tea at the bar I was happy to pay for all other drinks but I think tea should always be complimentary

The food is amazing and the pool area is relaxing. We were informed about the history of the property and the buildings by the staff, which are friendly and helpful. The management made sure our holiday was unforgettable

I cannot recall staying in any other hotel in my significant travels worldwide including national parks in Kenya where tea/coffee making facilities were not available in the room. So that was a big disappointment for us

I really cannot say enough good things about our experience. The staff made it more special than I thought it could be. The service surpassed five stars with attention to detail and professionalism

Our room was massive and better than I expected. Great that we could switch on/off the airconditioning as required. Excellent washroom/shower with hot water available 24 hours if required

I've visited here today because my embassy was here. So I didn't have to use the rooms. We were in the conference room which was small, yet clean and nice. The view and the pool was beautiful

After one good week on Hotel Cender will I thank them for a good hollyday. Every thinks is good, the food, the room and the stab. The stab is very kind and helpsom, and the food is very good

Location of this hotel is good , in the beginning of Isiklar street where is the life of Antalya , very close for the Trum and many supermarkets and restaurants around, the swimming pool is big and nice ,all rooms have view of the sea but there is no swimming beach close for the hotel, food is good but not perfect and WiFi is hard to connect , stuff are friendly and nice

So they made me pay more The full music is very loud and it starts from 8am and you can hear it from the rooms. Breakfast is fine 👍🏼 The receptionist stuff help me to rent a car. The location of the hotel is very good

The pool looks bigger in the pictures but its really nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and respectful (unlike other Turkish people 🫣) They have a nice terrace with a great view but it was closed

I faced an issue that they gave at the beginning of one of the old rooms and they informed me that I have to pay more for the renovated room as it’s considered deluxe, however, it is exactly the same size but it says renovated

Veeery good breakfast buffet! Shout out to the kitchen staff! The big minus goes for the thin walls - I was always lucky to have a quiet room from the street noise - but the noise from neighbours in the surrounding rooms can be frustrating

You are just around 25 minutes from the airport. You are by a big hopping center, a high street and 20minutes away from the beach. You can use a tram, taxis or a shuttle to get to the beach

All tours we booked with viator were either pick up from the hotel or another hotel 4min away. You have also access to plenty of restaurants, small super markets, cosmetoc shops and a gym on the same street

This place was one of the BEST place i have ever stayed in Antalya. we were guests by jolly tour and we really couldnt get any better service. very kind and helpful staff ,perfect breakfast and clean rooms

The breakfast was good, all cold foods, veg, egg salad, bread, croissant, filter coffee and tea. Fresh water and towels for the room every day. The pool gets sun in the morning till 1pm, and I enjoyed my morning swim

I stayed here with a friend who was having dental work.The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant they were so helpful ordering taxis to the nearby attractions.I would definitely recommend staying there.

Like oasis in the city... as the location in the city centre, but the building and Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, which is one of the oldest cemeteries cemetery across very contradictory andizli ;)

Avoid This Hotel: Not Up to Hilton Standards I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. As a Hilton Diamond Member, I expect a certain level of quality and service, but this property fell far short

Staff: The cleaning staff did an excellent job, but the front desk staff could improve their friendliness and hospitality

Beware of billing issues: They charged my card multiple times, claiming the machine wasn't working. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of guests

I did not like the air conditioning system in the room as it turns off 15 minutes after you leave the room, and since the weather in Antalya is hot, I wished that when I returned, I would enter my room cool, not wait about an hour for the room to cool down

The hotel is located next to the main road between the apartments. It's about a 20-minute walk from the old town center and just a 10-minute walk from the MarkAntalya Shopping Center, which was quite convenient

The room was clean, the food was nice. The breakfast had a lot of varieties, so did the dinner. However, the dinner was more of a light dinner. Maybe it was just my luck because I only stayed there for one night

I and my wife from 4 to 18 september was stay at the LAGUNA hotel. food,all the staff and services to the beach was very good. They have been very friendly. Thanks for the time we were there.

I was here in march 2021 and in 2024. Both times was just perfect. The only negative is that everything can be heard in all rooms. But the price/quality is simply excellent.

Such a charming, romantic place in Old Town. You’re right in the center of everything, but tucked away in a side street so you don’t hear any of the street noise. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well decorated

I cannot explain how amazing this hotel is. First of all the location is right in the old town but down a beautiful little street so you feel tucked away, it has 3 incredible restaurants and a pool that is never too busy

Driving 4 wheeler and Parking can be a bit of a challenge as the lanes are very narrow in the entire Kaleici area, but manageable
