Loft 1502 Apart-hotel

I booked july stay here. When we reached there at night, one guy there and we asked for room and he straight give me key. He didn’t show us anything and when we see the minibar we asked about it he said whatever is in your room is free. At check out time the lady was there and she said we need to pay extra. That time the guy said I didn’t told anything like that. And the lady is disrespectful, she was talking so loudly with me. When I booked room that time it was showed that I will get microwave, standard room with balcony, and they give small room, no balcony as well. I really don’t recommend this place to stay.

This hotel is quite good but I have faced unprofessional staff in solving my (or better to say their) problem. I have arrived after long flight late at evening so bit tired and was willing to get in room ASAP. At reception all process was fast. After I got to the room, I have noticed that this room is standard double (small) room which I could not accept. My booking was condo room with small kitchen, sitting and etc. Had to go back to reception. After explaining situation to front desk manager, he told that in his system he can not see “condo” room only that I have ordered room for 2 person :) my dispute toked 40 min around without any luck. Even I have provided all evidence incl. higher bill and so one. In the end, I was offered to take a night in family room which was in basement, stinky, noisy room… Also I was promised to solve this issue in morning. No apologise for such situation from hotel side at all. They had overbook in rooms and tried to cover it… next day some guests left so I had to leave family room till 12.00 and wait in lobby till 14.00 to get accommodation which I ordered and paid. To add, no coffe or tea was offered as complimentary from hotel during waiting time as well as no apologise at all from hotel side… Turkish business isn’t it?
