🇹🇷 Personel cok iyi, odalar berbat.
5 gün icinde 4 Oda değiştirdik, birinde hıyjen 0, öbürü başka kişilere verildi biz icerdeyken (nasıl oluyorsa), öbüründe ceyran sıkıntısı vardı, son odada klimanın ayarı olmadı. Booking üzere iade istedim, fakat geri donüş yok. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem!!

🇩🇪 Das Personal sehr nett, die Zimmer Catastrophal!
Innerhalb 5 Tage mussten wir 4x das Zimmer wechseln. Das erste Zimmer hatte 0 Hygiene, Urinspuren etc., das zweite "ausweichzimmer" wurde während unseres Aufenthalts reserviert, so dass wir da raus mussten. Das nächste Zimmer hatte einen gefährlichen Stromkasten, wo andauernd der Strom ausfiel und laute Geräusche aus dem Stromkasten kamen. Das vierte Zimmer mussten wir beziehen, da wir Stromprobleme hatten und dieses Zimmer hatte keine funktionierende Klimaanlage, es gab nur eine Einstellung bei 26 or 28, was der Außentemperatur ähnelt.

Auf Booking wird auf eine Erstattung nicht eingegangen. Absolut nothing zu empfehlen!

For 5 days we had to change the room 4 times. The first room had 0 hygiene, urine marks etc, the second "alternative room" was booked for the duration of our stay so we had to get out of there. There was a dangerous electrical box in the next room where the power went out all the time and a loud noise was coming from the electrical box. The fourth room we asked to be relocated as we had an electrical problem and the air conditioner didn't work in this room, it only had a setting of 26 or 28 which matched the outside temperature.

Booking.com does not offer refunds. Strongly not recommended!

The fourth room we requested to be moved into as we had electricity problems and this room didn't have the air conditioning working, there was only a setting of 26 or 28 which followed the outside temperature.

No refund will be given on Booking.com. Absolutely not recommended!

Le personnel était tres gentil, les chambres catastrophiques!
En 5 jours, nous avons dû changer de chambre 4 fois. La première chambre avait 0 hygiène, traces d'urine, etc., la deuxième "chambre alternative" a été réservée pendant notre séjour, nous avons donc dû sortir de là. La pièce voisine avait une boîte électrique dangereuse où l'électricité continuait de s'éteindre et des bruits forts provenaient de la boîte électrique. La quatrième chambre dans laquelle nous avons demandé à être emménagé car nous avions des problèmes d'électricité et cette chambre n'avait pas la climatisation en marche, il n'y avait qu'un réglage de 26 ou 28 qui suivait la température extérieure.

Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué sur Booking.com. Absolument pas recommandé!
