I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Suite Laguna Hotel, and my experience was made truly unforgettable thanks to Mustafa, the front of house staff. Mustafa went above and beyond in helping me during a particularly challenging situation. His kindness and generosity shone through when he personally assisted me and even offered to pay for me when I was in need. Mustafa’s helpful and warm nature made my stay exceptionally pleasant, and his dedication to guest satisfaction is unparalleled. It is rare to encounter someone so genuinely caring and committed to providing an excellent experience. The hotel is fortunate to have such a wonderful asset in Mustafa. The hotel is clean and the rooms are good. It’s clearly fallen behind a little and it doesn’t appear to be in the hands of any big chain. For that reason the very minor shortcomings can all be forgiven.
This is not by any means in a tourist area. You are with the locals in a neighbourhood.
That said one block north you have busses galore.
One block south you have a tram line.
If you want to walk to the centre then 20 mins stroll.
The staff are pleasant enough. It gets my vote.
What would I want to change. ….. the mattress and the pillows I can only give a 6/10.
I slept ok enough but if they wanted to invest in improvements then this would be a good starting point.

Staff very professional and management was very kind & helpful. Room neat and tidy and the cleaning lady in first floor is an angel. Breakfast was good.
Nice outdoor pool that was relaxing for the moment when we were not motivated to go to the beach.
Free shuttle to the beach.
The best advantage is the location of hotel where it is in the middle of beach and old city.

This hotel is actually a great place to stay. The local Turkish staff is really nice and friendly. The food is an absolute treat. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the bed sheets but I got used to it. I didn't even mind the noise from the outside or the calls for praying. We were so tired from the sun and the beach, that we slept so well and deep. And its location is great, walking distance to the old town as well as it is possible to get a hotel shuttle to a beach. The pool is really lovely too.

This, in my opinion, is the best in the area! Everything is new and clean. The doors are working perfectly. The small balcony is amazing.

Hygiene is essential, but I think the hotel doesn't know what it means to clean properly. Our room was full of dust, the shower floor was very slippery, the door and walls were covered in mould, and there was hair between the sheets. Of course we complained and they offered us another room, but we didn't accept because we had already unpacked. However, we asked for them to clean the next day, but all they did was put a liquid in the toilet. The rest of the accommodation was still covered in dust. I will not return to this hotel.

Basic hotel is a great location.
