Excellent hotel, delicious food, friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel, great selection of food, friendly staff but very disappointing that the pools are not heated. Such a shame. And also the walls are paper thin in the hotel, you can hear everything. Other than that, all good

Aside from the incredible food which was the best food I've ever had on an all inclusive ( variety and quality is top). The staff is absolutely incredible. They go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with genuine smile. The trainer in the gym (Firat) is incredible. Super nice and helpful. Overall, would highly recommend and this is not a paid ad nor anyone told me to write it like other places...

Liberty hotels Lara First 6 days out of 8 were good, the only thing we noticed was that the staff were much friendlier with German guests. On our first two nights we had an excellent waiter, then he got moved to far end of restaurant and we nodded in passing. Rest of waiters service poor, left us with no drinks, and when they did they were never refilled. Once it started raining and everyone was inside...

My stay was great and I am very satisfied with the services and surroundings environment.

Location was perfect,staff were very attentive and polite,hotel was spotless. Food was beyond amazing. Only dislike was no English tv Chanel.and sometimes the maid forgot to fill tea and coffee tray in our room. and wipe it.but was seen too the next day for sure . We definitely will be staying again .

Professional and excellent customer service and place. Very cool experience

So we stayed at this hotel for three days. As per five star review, we found rooms really small plus, it wasnot Thoroughly cleaned when we move the sofa little to make a room for our Bags to open and there was bunch of tissues lying there, so clearly it was not cleaned enough. In the bathroom, they provide only body wash and a soap there is no shampoo, no conditioner, no body lotion, no dental kit...
