Hello! I stayed here last weekend and was very satisfied with customer service.
When I had an question about something, I received a clear explanation and my problem was immediately solved.
They were super friendly, the location is AMAZING. It was very central on the places where I wanted to go.
On the corner is a restaurant were you can eat home meals (soup my fave's)
The rooms are okay for the price.
And last, they care for street cats on the street. It was heartwarming.

It was the worst experience I had . I will never recommend this place to anyone. I am sure they don't really clean the rooms, so there are like bedbugs. I paid for 2 days 1500 tl but it was waste of money. I already left the day after so I lost 750 tl for nothing.. find another place if you want a good holiday

Warm rooms , Good air con , Good TV channels , nice big beds in most rooms. Next to very cheap self service restaurant and Antayla Castle and trams on door step to airport and bus station and excellent shopping and HSBC ATM !

Good hotel at center, clean, good stuff, good breakfast. Dont take smoke room if you dont smoke and dont love smoke smell, as for me its not a problem
