The resort was amazing! The staff was super friendly, and there was a huge pool with lots of activities for kids. They even had their own beach with a bar right on it. Fantastic place once inside you really feel in a city there is everything you need for a great holiday. Rooms are spacious and modern. The all inclusive is beyond real! You can stay, play and enjoy with lots of activities and entertainment and food for every age every day. Not too far from the airport, situated almost on the beach within 5-7 minutes driving from shopping barras. The common areas were very clean the beach was a bit dirty but I blame the guests for that, not the hotel. The room cleaning was excellent and the staff were most friendly and helpful.

If you dont speak turkish or russian you might find it very hard to speak or have any conversation with the staff. Good location, kitchen a bit poor for a 5 star resort, beach somehow good, pool overpopulated. Bar with cocktails nearly average.

We had a fantastic time in Kremlin Palace Hotel. The resort has everything you need for your holiday. Private beach is 500 mtrs away . Service and food are awesome 👌. Local markets for shopping couple of miles away. Great location.

Family friendly hotel with a great pool area and great area too. Lots of activities and big grounds to keep you occupied. Lots of food and drinks stations dotted around so easily accessible. Cannot recommend it enough. Would return there at a drop of a hat! Go and see for yourself!

Best Hotel so far. Good food and all you need there. Right at the beach, many bars, restaurants and pools. The gym is great, enough there to keep the pump. Yes and no. On the one hand, it seems really all inclusive. On the other hand, the miniclub, for example, is just the same record-track entertainment and irresponsibility of Seini... and the whole territory of some kind and a large and spacious, something almost Soviet in the atmosphere... We are just finishing our holiday in Titanic Mardan Palace which has been amazing! We have spent 10 days here with our two girls who have loved all the activities! I am severely disappointed in the customer service of reception and guest services. For a 5 star hotel such as the Titanic, their staff are not appropriately trained to place a guest's needs first. We were a party of 8 and several of us had issues with our rooms, which after several visits to reception and hours of arguing - yes arguing - were eventually addressed. Used to stay here 5-6 years ago. Food & service still the best. Amenities are also good enough. The only thing was the taxi service, which doesn’t not belongs to hotel, but cooperate with them. Great location, the resort has a private beach (approx. 1k chairs) and pool area. Very clean, high quality service, entertainment activities throughout the day and special events in the evening. Great hotel for a lazy vacation. Very hygienic, we used to eat everything, drink beverages with ice, absolutely no gastric problems. Quite the opposite, never felt that well fed and healthy. We have had 10 lovely days here at the hotel. Rooms quite ourdated really need a refresh. Showers worked well but very slippy getting out. Food was really good with plenty of choice at every meal. This is our first time coming to the hotel . We liked everything very much. The welcome the rooms, the service , the cleanliness. Everything was nice . The hotel is beautiful, kids enjoyed a lot and staff is very helpful and nice. Whenever we ask for assistance the help us everywhere, the pool and the beach are wonderful. Just extend pool hours. Food is much better than decent considering it is a hotel. Customer service is also wonderful and workers are very friendly. I know this is out of the control of workers but, it is super crowded even though we did only come in June. Beautiful hotel. Very good service. Decent room but smells of sewer coming out AC vents ruin the views and comfort. This is the only but important downside of the resort. Escalated to front desk and they accepted that it is an issue of an older infrastructure that they are trying to work on but it is going very slowly.

Comfortably the best hotel I've been to in Europe, and I've been to many. Service was first class from the first day to the last. Staff attentive to your every need, kind and food and drink are immaculate. Free bus to land of legends, reasonable taxi prices to Old Market and Guest relations/reception service is on point. Simply fantastic. The view from the hotel is heavenly (check pics). Multiple restaurants serving great food, salon, spa, shop, everything under 1 roof. The service is top-notch.

This is a true 5 star experience. Beware the others claiming to be 5 star for €30/40. This hotel oozes class,the staff are as good as anywhere on earth. The all inclusive experience is worth every cent and the food is of the highest quality, not to mention the additional 2 on site restaurants. Again, I must stress, the staff are a shining example of customer service at the highest level.
