It's nice hotel, rooms a little dated, will be nice a bit of decoration other than that good. Pool , sauna kids club are brilliant. Bars are OK, not all inclusive, the bar on second floor roof top are not included. Others are, local alcohol drinks included, like JD things like that you have to purchase. The booking was hassle-free and staff were communicative about the forrest fires prior to coming. The food was great and cannot complain about the drinks! We definitely got our money's worth!

The staff in the restaurant is rude and not friendly, the English guest's who act like trash and shout to each other in the hallway when every is sleeping. Location is not nice at all and the food is just for surviving. Definitely not interested to go there again.

Only one thing was a bit frustrating, which is the sports' fields. The soccer field was very very far, it's outside the resort ever further than the highway...so much stairs. The hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly and they never stop smiling. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing. They help you out whenever needed and even beyond. This was an amazing experience! The hotel and rooms as well as the beach are all very clean. The staff is just amazing - they are all very kind and fulfill their duties with so much love. I come here over 10 times. Hotel is very elegant , homely, loads of things available, comfortable rooms. I think the best thing ever is the food , so much tasty. Just finished an all inclusive week break for Easter holidays. The weather was absolutely bliss. The beach was amazing. Staff were always lovely, especially Hillia on the towels, coffee shop lady and bar guys, always smiling and ready to help. Excellent food. Excellent services and super friendly staff. The rooms are large enough and well furnished but throughout our stay the room had a bad smell coming from the air conditioning. Really a pity as the whole family enjoyed the place immensely. I do hope it was just our room but the smell was like a toilet smell and it tarnished what would have been a perfect stay.

Very good hotel with fine rooms and a swimming pool. The staff are friendly and welcoming, but there is one drawback - the hotel opposite - from 10 PM to 1 am every day very loud screaming music, even with the Windows closed you can clearly hear the music and hard to sleep.

Great hotel in a good location. Rooms cleaned every day, friendly service. The best point is the pool bar - the bartender is very friendly to everyone

Great hotel with good location; across from supermarket and short walk to the beach, amd the spa is great with excellent hammam service. However, their restaurant has gone down hill. It was excellent when it was Big Chefs, but now the breakfast was okay, only the simit was old and dried out, and the fruit was rotting. I ordered a quinoa chicke n salad, but couldn't eat it, smelled like.old bad chicken...

Very good value for money. The hotel had everything including a pool, a very nice spa, and a kids play area. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was served at a restaurant in the hotel, there was no variety though. So that wasn't great but we only stayed for 2 days. I imagine it can be quite boring if you're staying more. Motto Premium Hotel in Marmaris is a genuinely 4star hotel - we were fortunate enough to have a suite up on the top floor of the hotel. The view of the Marmaris bay from our balcony was just lovely. The hotel is very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. The staff at reception were very helpful whenever I needed additional information. I spent 7 days at the hotel on an all-inclusive basis with Itaka. The rooms are nice, clean and with enough space for a week's stay. The rooms were cleaned daily, so we didn't miss anything. Wonderful hotel with comfortable and very clean rooms. Food at the restaurant was very delicious! Hotel had it's own private beach which had beautiful views of the sea. It also had a beautiful pool and was centrally located in Marmaris.

Receptionist not very helpful, full info should be given once arrived and not having the need to then keep asking questions

It wasn’t room with a sea view as I’ve preordered. Not all lights worked; cleaning stuff was usually based at my door; the sheets wasn’t clean. And the most awful thing was that reception guy wrote me by my personal number, that he took from my check in card!!!
