Location: 45 km from Antalya airport, 10 km from Kemer, in settlement Beldibi III, on the beach (underpass to the beach from the main building).
Consists of a main 7-storey building Main Building and one 3-storey building Annex.
Total area: 25 000 m2.
The hotel has 325 rooms.
Beach: own sand-and-shingle beach in 50 m from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – free, towels – no. Between the Main building and the beach there is a road, there is an underground transition. The length of the beach 90 m.
Food. All InclusiveBreakfast, lunch and dinner - Swedish table, late Breakfast, snacks and sweets at a specific time, snack, midnight soup, local alcoholic and soft drinks (10.00 - 24.00).
Room service 24 hours, imported drinks, drinks at the disco, fresh fruit juices, Turkish coffee - for a fee. All the food and drinks after 24.00 hours paid.

I was really disappointed with the room, i didn't expect that from a 5 star hotel... It was smelling really bad , because there was mold on the wall, the bathroom needed a renovation... I told the reception to change the room , but it was not possible that day and that they will inform me later, but they didn't...
The food was good , but there you need more fruits , everyday was the same , watermelon.
What was really good was the management at the restaurant and the beach, they were clean , they were fast. What i really liked was they were doing meetings before the dinner started. I was really amazed, the worker's there need a raise.
Overall it was good, we stayed 6 nights, we enjoyed it , rested well... Keep on with the good job at the restaurant and the beach , but watch sometimes the rooms , and reception.

I have been in many hotels and they are all unique with good and of course not so good points. What I can say here is that the stuff works very hard to cover all needs of all customers! They are friendly and helpful!You can find a lot of fun things to do, the variety of food is great and the atmosphere is wonderful. You will be really good taken care of in this place! We were with my boyfriend at the beginning of August. The room was clean, the housekeeper came every other day. Every day there was plenty of food and sweet desserts to choose from. The hotel staff worked hard, the restaurant staff did their job excellently. The sea and the surroundings of the hotel clean, definitely recommend 🇨🇿🇸🇰

Recently visited with my hole family 5 adults and 2 children age 9 and 16 and overall had an amazing holiday the hotel is very nice and kept clean and tidy our room was perfect we had a few problems at first with our air conditioning but was sorted right away after speaking to AK who I may add is amazing definitely recommend taking any problems to him especially if your English. The food was OK I would like to be able to say it was amazing but it fell short of our expectations that said the food from the grill outside the main restaurant was very good especially the kebab. I think there could be more for the younger kids to do as most of the activities are for the adults the animation team are amazing especially pikachu who is amazing with the kids our to girls loved him as he let them get involved with all activities I can't praise him enough for making our holiday even better he definitely deserves a pay rise in my eyes so overall an amazing holiday and thank you for having us

We as a family of five had a great time at Grand Ring Hotel. The hotel itself was a very good quality with everything we could need, excellent pools and slides, a beautiful beach, fantastic food, excellent customer service with the staff who were always friendly, and the most amazing spa with superb treatments. There were also lots of other activities and trips which we could have done but preferred to relax and enjoy most of what resort has to offer, which was lovely. I would like to highlight for excellent customer service in the restaurant, bars and through out. They really made the visit special. We've been to many hotels in the past but this was the best and I would highly recommend.

Hotel is definitely 5* what a welcoming at reception team and quest relationship, room s r very clean and beds r comfortable.
Lots of of different choice for food wise specifically lunch time pizza is perfect also Wednesday night gala night lots of traditional Turkish food

The service is excellent, the staff is friendly but discreet, hygiene is also good.
Turkish cuisine is one of the best in the world, I enjoyed every bite.
Pools are clean, sefety too.
The only negative criticism I can give is about the unbearable noise coming from the pool in the evening, which lasts until 11pm.

I have to say I was very impressed at the cleanliness everywhere. Also there were so many staff working everywhere and with great attitudes it was fantastic. Great food at all times. I think it's key to have enough sunbeds and this hotel has more than enough across both pools, the beach and the pier too. I WOULD RECOMMEND HERE.

We chose this hotel based on the reviews, which were very good. We spent a 10-day vacation here and we are very disappointed with the hotel. The hotel is presented with photos that do not even belong to the given hotel, or these photos are old and out of date. The rooms are broken and destroyed, not to mention the appearance of the bathrooms. The food is nice to look at and in large quantities, but the taste is all the same, all monotonous and tasteless. The beach is small for a hotel and the sunbeds are not for everyone. The kitchen staff is reluctant, you sit at the table without cutlery, they see you, but they don't bring cutlery. The air conditioning is smelly and musty. If you want to relax on vacation and spend it without problems, choose a hotel other than Grand Ring.
