During our stay, we have experienced a good level of service. Staff has been very attentive, facilities are clean and enjoyable. During the day, there are multiple snack bars and poolside bars available.
Food selection is great, lots of options available to choose from and each day there are different dishes available to try, including a "local food" section. There is also outside grill station available during all meal times.
Aqua park is open 2 times a day and definitely has been fun to enjoy, pools are spatious and definitely scenic, private beach is close to the mainbuilding and there is also beach volleyball court available. The whole area and garden is very well looked after.
As from negative aspects, though there aren't many and personally did not bother us too much, not all staff understand much of English, but many do speak Russian and all speak Turkish, so you can find a way to communicate either way. Check-in was available from 14:00, so it can be a bit of a wait, if you arrive early in the morning, however there is a designated place to leave your luggage and you can enjoy the facilities during the wait time.
During lunch and dinner rush (approximately the first 15-30 minutes after start of service) , initially it can be a bit difficult to find a free table, as the main restaurant area gets busy really quickly, though this is to be expected with high number of guests arriving in a short period of time.
Some parts of the room could use a refurbishment, however those are just minor details and the overall appearance of the room was still great.
Overall, the stay was enjoyable and we are quite satisfied with our choice of the hotel.

It was decent. One thing that is really bad is that you can't find someone who speaks English among staff. Special thanks to Ibrahim, first shift, pool bar bartender. Even though he was working on 40 degrees without any fan or AC, he did manage to stay positive, always smiling and providing best service he can. He made our vacation better. Also young man that works by the pool as lifeguard. I think that he speaks English better than most of staff and he was always there to help and give us information. Accommodation and food are 3 stars, but I'm giving you 4 because of those two guys. Also, really good animation team, doing their best.

The sea and the beach are clean and beautiful. The food and drinks are sufficient, there is something for everyone. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are blocks with air conditioning problems in the garden rooms. The showers, shower areas and stairs in the beach area need to be revised. It is difficult for prams and disabled people to get down to the beach without help.

Outstanding hotel! Great location! Amazing food! Rooms were clean! Staff were great! Animation team was amazing! A lot of activities to do! And evening entertainment was just spot on!

I had an amazing time at the Hotel Amara Comfort Resort! The moment I got there, the staff was super friendly and made me feel quite comfort.

The spa was definitely the highlight for me. It was so peaceful, and the treatments were incredible. I felt completely refreshed after each visit.

The rooms were comfy and had everything I needed, though they could use a bit of a touch-up here and there. But honestly, the staff more than made up for it with their warm and friendly care.

The resort itself is a tropical paradise. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly decorated, offering stunning views of the sea and lush gardens. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided made us feel right at home. The dining options were phenomenal, with a variety of restaurants serving delicious cuisine from around the world. The resort offers a wide range of activities to keep guests entertained. We took advantage of the beautiful pool, the state-of-the-art fitness center, and the relaxing spa treatments.

Great resort, with a superb animation team and staff! I'd recommend this hotel for all ages, especially families with kids. 5*
