Loxia Comfort Resort Kemer

This hotel was the worst experience of my life. It claims to be a 5-star hotel, but I have no idea why it has a good rating. Here are the problems I encountered:

1. The cleanliness was appalling. The hotel and our room were dirty with dust and hair everywhere. The bathroom was moldy and the bed sheets didn't look clean.

2. Many things were broken or damaged, from the table to the curtains and bathroom fixtures.

3. The room amenities were lacking. We only had one small blanket and no warm blankets were provided. The cups were disposable, and there were no spoons. The mini-bar was never restocked, and items mysteriously disappeared from it.

4. The noise was unbearable. Our initial room faced a nightly disco, and it felt like the party was happening in our room. It took several complaints to get moved to another room, but then we had to deal with a strong kitchen smell near our balcony.

5. The hotel staff initially showed no willingness to assist us with our concerns. It was only after repeated complaints that they started to address them.

6. The food options were disappointing. There was a lack of fruits and vegetables, and on one occasion, I found a worm in the salad. Plates and tables were often dirty, and one of the hotel restaurants was closed.

Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. It falls short of even a 3-star standard. The only positive aspects were the beautiful sea and nature, as well as the excellent car rental service provided by another organization, which saved our vacation.
