Rooms old and with a mess that is less than 3 stars hotel. Room service doesn't exist. We pray at the reception for a water that nobody put in the room. You must carry from the restaurant a bottle of water if you want it in the room. Cleaning is made by someone who never make a cleaning. I give 2 stars for the yard and for the cleaning of the yard that is really beautifoul. Restaurant is dirty, the never wash the glasses the personal never say no but never do something if you ask. For us was better if we can pay to have a service than to destroy a Holliday. We are sorry that we came here. Keep away from this hotel !

I had yoga every morning, there are a lot of other activities you can do.
I swam from the peer, beach was very good. I have tried Turkish SPA hammam massage with Indonesian masseuses. An absolute must! Official prices are high, but bargain to get a good deal! Spa Staff will help with to get you the deal you can afford!
My kids loved it too (11 and 15 years old). They said they have never stayed in such a wonderful place.
Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Really friendly.
Hotel territory has a small water park, mini golf, and evening shows at 9:30pm are being shown every evening. Shows are good quality entertainment. Not some random boring stuff but actual quality entertainment with a lot of dancing and singing.
I also had a good quality photoshoot with my kids . It’s for extra price but You won’t be disappointed by the beauty and quality of pictures. Pharaon is the photographer who works in the hotel every year.
I rate it 5/5 experience. I could just mention a small thing for improvement
- meat selection in the canteen could be better. Unfortunately, it was mostly vegetarian dishes and other good variety of desserts, pastas. Rice dishes etc. But for me as a meat eater I wanted to see better quality meat cuts,better prepared, more tasty. Meat was burned, and variety wasn’t there. Turkish people are very good with meats normally , but this hotel was, unfortunately, lacking it.
In addition, the food is the best with many types of dishes. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is impeccable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay.
From the rooms to the amenities, everything is top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious experience. The view from my room was stunning, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, Amara Hotel is the ideal choice.
Animation team really did an amazing job. Through 8 nights we haven't felt bored at all, everyday they were doing different show in the evening and also entertaining the guests during the day by different activities. They were the best animation team I've ever seen honestly.
At the Resort we really felt like we were staying in an ULTRA all inclusive resort although the price was quite affordable compared to other resorts that offered less facilities. So Amara definitely exceeded our expectations.
Food was available 24/7, even ice creams, cocktails, snacks, desserts, Turkish coffee, all of that was available at any point of time and included in the cost, in addition to fridges located across the resort and at the beaches with water, soft drinks and other beverages.
The food buffet had quite different varieties of choices everyday and was organised quite well. They also have an ala-carte 2 restaurants (Seafood and Turkish), that guests can try 1 time each restaurant free of charge (booking in advance is required). We enjoyed the experience at these restaurants and food was quite delicious.
The beach water is quite clean and enjoyable with large number of sunbeds. The beach has some small pebble stones at the shore which might not be comfortable for some, however they also have 2 piers with sunbeds where you can directly go to water from them.
The hotel staff were quite friendly and professional, and I would like to thank as well Ms. Margarita (Guest Relationship Manager) for always making sure we had a pleasant stay and for addressing instantly any requests we had.
