This place is great but it has one main disadvantage.
Barely three people can speak English and sometimes it is really hard to communicate.

Ive visited Nova park in may with family. It really suprised me because its a really good hotel. The room service/cleaning, the food(service) and the animation were really good. Especially Seyhmus. Overal the place of the hotel is also very nice. You can choose to go to the pool or beach. Even if you dont want to walk 200 meters they bring you with a golf cart! The park is also apropiate for children. Me and my family had a great time and would definitly come back a second time!

very bad hotel, the waitresses had a bad mood all day, only on the beach it was very nice, they don't speak English, they only joke with Germans, they don't talk to Slovaks, the food was also good, but the beach was very small for all the people and in the sea was very big and a lot of stones, at the reception I asked for a late check-out, the woman at the reception didn’t even check her computer and automatically say to me that hotel is full of people and that was not professional.
So this hotel is maybe 3 stars for me. It was my three times in Turkey but this was my worst hotel.

A good inexpensive hotel, bright European rooms, varied food, was from 08/10/20 - there are disinfectants near the restaurant and there are medical masks and gloves. All staff are wearing masks. Of the minuses, the beach is not always cleaned and the entry is filled with stones.

One of the best resort i have ever visit.
In my travel history of 15 years this hotel is in TOP 2.
Food is excellente, personal is very frendly, rooms are very clean and new, beach is super.

Overall I would recomend.
Why 4 star then?
Room was not available for honeymoon until 3:30 PM and food is okay not the best, there is so little meat option, mostly Turkey meat.
I would recommend if you are looking for a calm vocation and avarage food. I would not say that we starve to death but most meals are avarage. Still I would visit again.

Awful! 5* back in the 1970's. This is a German only hotel and they do not cater for the English at all. The staff are rude to the English but great with the Germans. The food is of really poor quality as are the drinks. If you're planning on going on holiday to the Side area then head for main Side as you'll find much better quality hotels that cater for everyone.
