Reviews
Pros:
- Excellent coffee at the Nespresso coffeeshop (part of the all inclusive package).
- Great animation for kids.
- Good food.
- Most of the staff is friendly and helpful, despite being understaffed and overworked.
Cons:
- Loud music throughout the day and all the way till midnight. On weekends it goes even after midnight. If you want to sleep or read a book in quiet surroundings - stay away from this hotel. Sound isolation is terrible.
- The hotel seems to be overcrowded and understaffed. There are queues everywhere (bar, dining room, etc.).
- The hotel seems to be focused on Russian speaking audience (e.g. entertainment programs, many staff members speak Russian but minimal to no English). This was OK for us, but some people may find it bothersome if they don't speak Russian.
- Beach is a mix of sand and rocks. Shoes are recommended.
- Location is remote. You will likely need a taxi (usually overpriced) to go to the city centre / major shopping locations. Next to the hotel you only have a small market with a few shops.
The best part was Spa Centre. The treatments were lovely. Turkish Hammam and foam massage was so relaxing, my skin fell so soft after it 😍 I had deep tissue massage with Yvonna, and I could not forget her hands! She is a professional and very talented lady. Massage itself was possibly the best I have ever had. 👏🙏 All staff there were so friendly and attentive. I want to say thank you to a manager, Orhan, who looked well after me too.
I would definitely recommend the Emir Spa Centre with my eyes closed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Service in Russian starting from the doorstep and after everywhere (bars, food court, service in room) same problems,only some nofree- entertainment workers speak English and very persistently impose services.
The food is sometimes not good, better be careful. Alcohol is not so "premium."
Hotel room not so bad, but have a problem with soundisolation, disko work till 00:00, in the weekends more long time. Funny it's glassdoor in toilet.
Room cleaning works strange, normal cleaning was only on 1 day, minibar same, 2 days nothing not bring...I think it all depends on what kind of employee and in what mood he will come to you. They will enter to the room even if the "do not disturb" card is hanging.
Looks to this all, I think we newer not return to this hotel's.
The hotel is a bit farther from Antalya and had few transfer options, which makes traveling around hard, but who needs it when you've got the all included.
Food is great. There are several restaurants/cafes with a good variety.
The beach is good and clean, but what's great is the enormous pool, which takes up the entire inner patio.
Staff are very friendly and chatty. Though a lot of them are children of 14-16 and have little experience
I also wish there was a better variety of hookah tobacco
