There are so many pools to choose from, and even though we’re not really into water parks, we found the one at the hotel to be really fun! The poolside service was great too—easy access to drinks and snacks throughout the day

I don't really understand the negative reviews, I stayed here late October 24 and had an amazing time. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the pools were clean

It's ok if people don't speak English, I'm sure those visiting don't speak turkish either, I didn't find it a problem at all, I will be visiting again, there's so much to do and we had pictures taken at a reasonable price, booked through blue sea holidays

Our stay at Granada Belek was fantastic! My boyfriend and I were really impressed with the overall vibe of the hotel. It’s a massive resort with beautiful, modern design and plenty of activities to keep you entertained

Overall, I highly recommend Rixos Premium Belek for its excellent facilities, amazing service, and all-inclusive dining options. You won’t need to spend an extra dollar to enjoy everything this hotel has to offer

We were very satisfied with the assistants Aigerim and Viktoriia at Rixos Premium Belek. The rooms inside the hotel were comfortable, and the buffet was truly impressive

A great place to go with family. So many food options and good food. Missing a lot of training for the service teams, as you can see, some very good and others not so good

The only thing that would make me return to this hotel is its amazing forest-like surroundings and beautiful nature. Mornings by the pool were incredibly peaceful and relaxing

What surprised us was the management team, they were always on the floor rather than in their office for all our special requests they were so kind and supportive

All staff is friendly and helpful but I would like to send special thanks to Mr. Bulent Sarigul as he made much enjoyable time and happy holiday for us

On the other hand, it would be difficult to find a point of contact from the management as the operation is big when you stay in big resort

A very helpful facility was kids club. You can leave your children all day long and do whatever you want. They can’t wait to go to kids club every morning. Long story short, it’s a blessing

We recently stayed at this property. Paid £1700 for 10 nights with 6 rounds of golf Inc transfers. com) We were a group of 16 guys on an annual golf trip between 35 to 70. it's a bit dated but had a lot of amenities

Room 3320 We’re normally a Rixo family but OMG… this all inclusive goes above and beyond, from toiletries to beach bags in your room, the hotel and it’s fantastic staff are AAAAAAAA+++++++ everything about it, we’ve done child free this time and feel bad they’ve miss out…

I can summarise my vacation in Calista in one word. The service, the pool, beach, sports activities, the gym facility is incredible. And the beach bag this year is a favourite! I would come back in a blink of an eye

Unfortunately it was not a good holiday. Starting with the worst room overlooking the loud air conditioning. I have been in many cheaper hotels where the staff was incomparably more committed to work

None of the staff does not smile at guests, does not make contact, in other hotels asking how are you is a normal question and showing respect to guests

The waiter did not understand in English STILL WATER, this is basic English. The staff does not know English does not know what is being said to them

Waiters do not know the basic drinks. The lady greeting guests in the main restaurant as if she stood there for punishment, without any emotion

The variety of food in the restaurants is great. There is a place to eat and drink at any hour of the day and night. The animation team is very warm and active. The children will have a great time in this hotel

The A/C works intermittently, which is very frustrating especially in such warm weather conditions. The toilet in the bedroom has a sensor motion to enter,which does not work well with children

The shower height was so low, it's not suitable for adults. I would suggest an upgrade! The hotel has very limited A/C where all the children's activities are outdoors. We spent a lot of time in our bedroom

I don’t usually go to ultra all inclusive resorts but this time I choose one. They have multiple pools, an amphitheater, scene for bands, even a zoo. The sea is not the best, but it’s ok

The indoor pool close its summer season first time i hear this in deluxe resort. The water at all pools is very hot they didn't have cooling system for the water

My wife and I along with our 2 sons (7 and 14) had a fantastic time at the Bellis Hotel. The food, hotel room, grounds, entertainment and staff were all outstanding

Two individuals who really stood out for us were: Enes, part of the waiter team and Bilge, at the ice cream counter, both in the main restaurant area

The zoo is a great advantage, lots of activities and places for children to play and enjoy. The beach and pool are very crowded. Hard to find a free table at the restaurant during lunch and dinner

One downside was the lack of a doctor in the evenings and the absence of basic medications at the hotel. However, there was the option to order them via courier or call an ambulance if needed

The hotel's pool and outdoor area are amazing, large, and surrounded by greenery! Really beautiful! The beach was sandy, and the sea water was wonderfully warm

We stayed in this hotel with my family in July. The rooms are small, but we had enough space. There is one door to the shower and toilet. Some may find it uncomfortable. Food and drinks are very good

For children there is animation. Convenient access to the sea. Most of all I liked the staff. Polite, considerate and kind. We will definitely go to this hotel again

A marvelous place to stay with your family. The hotel is a bit farther from Antalya and had few transfer options, which makes traveling around hard, but who needs it when you've got the all included

Great hotel: Russian pop stars perform 1-2 times a month - we were lucky and sang Viagra for an hour! We also got to the DR of the hotel in July and there was a huge holiday - for children, cake and photography, dances and balls

This is a great hotel. Have in mind that it's heavily oriented towards children. If you're a couple without one you may find the hordes of children running around a little annoying ;)

The water in the pool and aqua park was too cold to be really comfortable. Local staff is sublime and some people working there merit a medal or statue for friendliness

Football, volleyball, darts, bingo, table tennis and field tennis (have a tennis academy). There are also no children who have personalized activities. I have rarely been seen to see such a good organization as here

However, the temperature drops rapidly in the evening. Bring a sweater or maybe even two

Hotel Kaya Belek is located in the Belek area, near the local Kadriye Beach. From Antalya Airport about 35-40 minutes by bus. The reception staff is very friendly

from 11:30 to 15:30 drinks and snacks are available in a cafe near the beach. from 12:30 to 14:30 lunch in the main restaurant in a buffet format

Loved the ambiance, animation team was great, especially Yasin. he was full of energy all times and funny. Food was great and we enjoyed water slides! Beach has been clean and sand

The hotel complex is large with lots to see and do. It is really well maintained, clean and plenty of areas to relax by one of the many different pools. Great place for an all inclusive getaway

The on site water park was ideal for our daughter, especially the death slide. We spent most mornings on the beach where there was lots of space and where the sea was warm. A great hotel, thoroughly recommended

Also to Nihal who has done an amazing job cleaning around the pool area even in this heat! Finally the overall service from everyone (Ozlem in particular) from eating at the many restaurants to the bars! I would recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!
