Room was cleaned and sheets changed everyday. Food was nice, very good selection of vegetarian dishes as well as everything else. Loved the breakfast! Pool areas and the private beaches were clean and peaceful

We were finding this quite disturbing, as giving a tip for good service is ok, but paying discretely under the table for reserved table did not make us happy

The best part for us was the times when entertaining team was interacting with us, especially Hico, who always had time to stop for a little chat and laugh

This place is huge have many swimming pools and if u prefer the quiet better to go to the beach. Food is medium but have many variety and in this variety can find your liking

In general the hotel is clean and organised but if u need anything u should be asking for example changing towels sheets cleaning

Huge beautiful hotel complex with a lot of pools, beach was a bit small and water was dirty and our room was also a bit dirty. Food was good.

Mainly used the slide pool and the bubble pool. Challenge to get sun beds some mornings but always found something. Restaurant has a bit of a strange layout and can be difficult to get table (for group of 6)

The let down was the staff in the restaurant, some were good, but others stood around pretending to be busy. Could use a manager to organise staff/help customers get seated. Beach front location is beautiful

In the evening the music is a little louder but still pleasant. The bay is calm, you can swim like in a swimming pool. The swimming zone is separated from the boating zone, which gives a great sense of security

The rooms have been recently refurbished and are now marble lined, air-con was good and the room was really cool after a hot day at the pool

The hotel is fabulous, it is right on the beach and close to nearby restaurants, the is a bus stop outside the front door if you want to get the Dolmus (the local bus) to nearby Gumbet or Bodrum

Pool too been refurbished marble lining, sun beds are good and thick cushions, very comfortable. Food was good and the view is amazing

We didn’t actually stay at the hotel but we visited this bar more times than our own. Cheap prices, very nice food (the ambrosia burger is great), friendly staff, lots of TV screens to play different sports

Our 10 day stay was brilliant although not much was open as the season is not yet started,the room was spacious with a great view to the beach and sea beyond. All the staff are very friendly and helpful

It's like a small city with beautiful premises, shops, gorgeous lobby with live piano music and delicious Turkish tea in tulip glasses! Food is amazing - so tasty and something new each day! We are grateful for all the people working there for making our stay so unforgettable

Sadly, we were unable to experience the two different restaurants, because the amount of reservations is very limited and you can't make reservations in advance. You can only do the reservation on the same day

The pool looked nice but there were black dirt or something that looked like poop at the bottom of it and no matter how many times we asked them to clean it they said it gets cleaned daily

It wasnt very kid friendly because when we missed the breakfast hour and wanted to dine in one of their restaurants/pub they were easily annoyed of the kids touching anything on the tables (salt and pepper included)

There isn't even a toaster, just an industrial sized grill that no guest can work out how to use. My complaints to the staff at the breakfast area were met with some resistance

The rooms were cleaned by very nice and pleasant workers yet they were probably understaffed therefore we found bottles under our bed and our closet from previous visitors

Turkish bath is just a large bathroom and unless you opt for treatments it's nothing special. Games room was adequate, there's pool and pingpong

Just to give you an idea, we went for a meal for 3 in downtown which came to 180YTL without drinks, while my carnivore family enjoyed their kebabs, I didn't even like the so-called veggie casserole which was a couple of soggy potatoes topped with mozzarella cheese

For those ignorant tourists, the staff is Nepalese so if you are THAT bothered with their language skills, why don't you install Google translate using the perfectly adequate WIFI and make an effort to communicate with them??? Peasant tourists like you make my blood boil

they are in one cube and after shower the Water stand still for one day at least. And if you need to enter for toilet, you need to wear something. The Refrigerator was very noisy. Room was not comfortable at all

The beach is less than 50m from the hotel, the water is clean and we swam in the ocean though it was still chill in April. The hotel-bar is open all the time and the drinks are delicious
