The hotel is uncomfortable from the moment of check-in. Most of the staff unprofessional they are students from schools and universities, and there is no one from the core staff to provide guidance. Restaurant has a bit of a strange layout and can be difficult to get table (for group of 6). Myself and my husband have been here before, good rooms, good bar staff and good evenings HOWEVER this time, a lot of renovations taking place without advance notice. Some staff at the bar/lunch area were good many were not, forgotten orders, no consistency and no vibe. Not again.

Friendly staff, perfect location for the party animals as it is right at the top of the stirp, rooms cleaned daily. We had a few problems with our shower head but they sorted it out within the hour and was very accomendating.

Great hotel. There is anything you can hope for. As it's a all inclusive hotel you get everything as much as your heart wants. The room service is daily and does its job without failure ( although you may sleep the servicemen will knock the door for about 5min.).
