Akkan Beach Hotel

A very affordable clean hotel with friendly staff. Morning breakfast was tasty and fresh.

Amazing location, wonderful sea view. the beach is one street cross away.
the city center is 5 minutes walk:there are many activities and shops...
we had a lovely sweet with sea view which is big but the hotel seems a little bit old and doesn't have an elevator ( the staff helped us with caring the luggage)

the hotel was great 10mtrs to the beach and near the port, the staff was like a family they are very kind and helpful, I will book this hotel again when I plane to visit bodrum

This hotel made our trip. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. It felt like we were staying with family. The place has everything you need. Restaurant, pool, right in front of the beach. Super clean rooms. Perfect vibes for a beach town hotel. Highly recommend you stay here.

We stayed a week in this hotel. The location is outstanding. You reach your private beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels by 30 seconds walk. The historic Bodrum City Center is a 5 minutes walk away.

The owner and his team are very, very friendly and helpful. One day we wanted to have a birthday dinner at the restaurant and they arranged everything like we wished and even with the catch of the day.

The breakfast is typical turkish with view variations daily.
The hotel guests are very international from Russia, Germany, Italy, GB, Portugal and even Turkey - what is a good sign in my opinion.

However, as we booked one day prior our stay, only the rooms in the back house were available. They are smaller, older and maybe not that cared after. The WiFi was not available there. But the housekeeping cleaned daily. If you plan in advance, there are much nicer rooms in the front house.

In total we had a great stay with some flaws, but the friendly staff and the location are totally worth it.

I stayed at Akkan Beach Hotel for 9 nights with my family of 7 adults and 1 child and we loved out stay!
The rooms, even though pretty basic, were spacious and most importantly clean with a small outside area to dry swim suits & beach towels.
The location was perfect as it was a short walking distance from the main beachfront promenade with bars & restaurants but far enough so that it was peaceful and quiet at night. We had access to our own beach, just across the street, with sun loungers, umbrellas & towels provided. The hotel swimming pool was also a great bonus!
The breakfast buffet was lovely & we particularly enjoyed spaghetti bolognaise & pizza for lunch/ dinner.
What we appreciated the most was the hotel managers & staff, who by the end of our stay, had almost become like family! A big shout out to the manager Mr Halil, Bereket, Serkan & the best looking bartender Kerem, little sister Sevin and the most attentive and friendly beach staff Umut & Mr Mami!
They were friendly & accommodating!
We were sad to leave & look forward to returning here soon!
