Stayed twice at this hotel. Twice there were problems in toilet closets. There was problem with internet. Wifi was not working during 1st stay while in 2nd stay it was working partially. The accounts section did not send the hotel receipt to email for first time. During first stay the breakfast was good while in second it wasn't. Location is good.

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation, daily needed things, and every surrounding information. They speak good English and their breakfast & tea are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. Ercan baba and other staff member made everything easier for us, and this was my best hotel experience.

Good Hotel. Staff is very Co-operative. Mr. Ercan is very Good Guy makes me feel like Home. Mr. Nishat always take care like Family Member in his cafeteria.

Good location for visiting Bursa. Very nice and cozy rooms, spacious bathrooms. All cosmetics provided. Enormous and very varied and tasty breakfast. Efficient staff but they could speak better English.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and they were able to communicate in both English and Arabic.
Unfortunately, the beds were not very comfortable, and the air conditioning was not very effective.

The hotel is good .. the staff friendly, but I was not happy because the internet wifi is very weak

- No parking area, but they provide a valet service
- Kettle had a smell of cleaning powder, so we asked it to be changed
- Rooms are cleaned until 4pm. So when we came to the room around 3pm, it had not been cleaned yet
- There is no iron and ironing board in the hotel. There is a paid external ironing service only during the day time.
- Due to central heating, you cannot adjust the tempreture in the room, and it was cold at night. They offered a heater.
- Small lift.

I can say that this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are clean, the decoration is very suitable for the new price and quality. I felt at home. I will choose this place again next time. Visit to Bursa.Initially, front office manager Ali Bey and the entire front office team, because of his interest in breakfast, Bilal Thank you very much Bey.
