It is an okay hotel. The room I stayed in had a mold smell but it wasn't extreme. Also the room was cold and there was no thermometer or ac to control the temperature. The food was good though.

Service is as you may expect. However it's impossible to book a room without full board. The best place to stay if you don't want to go out and just want to enjoy the kitchen. If you want to go out than there are other great opportunities to stay also.

The hotel is located in middle of the city center which makes it close to shops, the room/restroom were very clean, comfy bed, parking garage, front desk staff are very welcoming. The breakfast is good except that they don't serve fresh jucise but other than the rest of the food were freshly made.

The only issue we had was that the shower was not sealed properly so water leaked onto the floor. The staff were excellent and accommodating and the location was convenient. There's a bank right next door, it's within walking distance from the wedding venue we went to and the local mall/restaurants.

In this hotel you feel like in a luxury hotel. All the staff including the hotel manager Mr. Kurtulus did their best to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel very clean and tidy not new but good. The staff are so friendly and cooperative and speaks English. They have very safe garage to park your car. The location is in center so, it is surrounded by all services, malls and restaurants also, you can take the mini bus from Kent medan which is 100 m a way if you want to visit cumalikizik or the Ottoman village and spend some time there.
