It's a classic property. We stayed for a day and got to use the Sauna and Cold bath facilities. It was an enjoyable experience.

Spa center was excellent. You can get proper massage by Balinese and Thai masseuses. It is not required to go to Bali or Thailand for a massage. Reception and spa management was so helpful and professional. Clean and well decorated facility. Pool and Turkish bath are really good.

When we arrived we found out we were in the 3rd floor with a connection room, the other room was a small family with a child of 6 month-ish which gave us nightmares when we try to sleep, we could bare the noise of wake up of a child's crying in the middle of the night, we woke up 4-5 times because of this, let alone the fact that there were a some kind of night clubs that we could hear clearly and...

The hotel is great, amenities are great. Have a great roof with beautiful view over Bursa. The staff although kind and trying, need a bit more training. I believe there are too many restrictions in the accounting system, and prevents them from doing anything (including dividing a bill)

I love staying at this particular Crowne Plaza. The skyline hasn't changed much and the rooms are still very comfortable. I took a superior double this time and it is very well appointed. One to remember.. we had the best time. From rooms, to breakfast, to thermal pool to turkish baths, we loved it all. Our crew included a surgeon, a dentist and a university rector and we have all thoroughly appreciated everything. Excellent service, attentive stuff, especially in breakfast serving area, Emine and her colleagues were exceptionally professional and welcoming. There is another Gentleman in reception area who was extremely helpful, I can’t recall his name but he spoke English and Arabic. Very nice hotel in the middle of city. Check in was very quick. Room was very clean. Staff is friendly. I order in room after 1am and food was freshly made and delicious.

You went with my children, it was great, we enjoyed the hotel very much, we rested in the spa and thermal baths, we swam and the staff were very kind, they hosted us nicely and the food was delicious, there were nice guests in the evening and in the morning. Hello, I was extremely pleased with my accommodation. I would recommend it to everyone. Staff interest is high. Even though it is an old hotel, the innovations are noticeable. If you like convenient location and good food, you can definitely choose to stay here. The Green Mosque is right outside the window, and there are countless delicacies hidden in the two old streets behind, such as lamb trotter soup, desserts, grilled liver, and Turkish coffee. The only drawback is that it is next to the road and it is not quiet at night, so light sleepers will not sleep well.

It was a hotel we preferred due to its location. It was very good for waking up with the view of the Grand Mosque every morning and being able to walk to everywhere to visit. Great location with its own ski lift. The staff were friendly, attentive and super helpful. On first appearances the hotel seems outdated but the dining room and bedrooms were warm, cosy and recently refurbished. The food was fresh and tasty. We will definitely recommend to friends.

In this hotel you feel like in a luxury hotel. All the staff including the hotel manager Mr. Kurtulus did their best to make our stay unforgettable. Room was small and bed was not so comfortable.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be better. The bathroom had wires sticking out, the plumbing (shower) needs to be updated and cleaned. The hotel is very well worth it for one or two nights. Really great breakfast, great espresso from the espresso machine (which is rare, usually has to be ordered separately). Polite front desk staff were very helpful. Parking areas are very good.

I think it is overpriced, I paid almost 100$ per day, considering its 3 star hotel and far from city. For 3 star hotel is good, has its own free parking, great breakfast going above and beyond of expected. But price needs to be adjusted accordingly. Some of stuff members have limited English language skills.

The hotel is in a good location, reasonably priced, and the rooms are very clean, much better than other hotels of the same price in China. There are many places to eat around. The person who impressed me the most was the hotel manager, Mr. Ercan, who was very nice and fluent in English. I asked him for help many times, and he was always willing to help.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, food was plentiful and delicious and the kind staff couldn't do enough for us to make us feel at home.
