Well.... Really Nice.. But also a bit too much on the snobby side. Extremely good thermal bath. Breakfast great. Restaurant was excellent. Good Cook!! Did not like that the breakfast waiters had to take the food from the breakfast buffet. It did not give me the chance to try new things. Made me want to finish early. Felt rushed on! Their english was good but not sufficient. Buy breakfast included....

Spa center was excellent. You can get proper massage by Balinese and Thai masseuses. It is not required to go to Bali or Thailand for a massage. Reception and spa management was so helpful and professional. Clean and well decorated facility. Pool and Turkish bath are really good.

When we arrived we found out we were in the 3rd floor with a connection room, the other room was a small family with a child of 6 month-ish which gave us nightmares when we try to sleep, we could bare the noise of wake up of a child's crying in the middle of the night, we woke up 4-5 times because of this, let alone the fact that there were a some kind of night clubs that we could hear clearly and...

The hotel is great, amenities are great. Have a great roof with beautiful view over Bursa. The staff although kind and trying, need a bit more training. I believe there are too many restrictions in the accounting system, and prevents them from doing anything (including dividing a bill)

For this price I actually didn’t think it will be that good but it turned out that it’s amazing the staff are amazing and friendly everything about this hotel is so good if ur looking for a hotel to stay in bursa I highly recommend baia bursa

I really liked it there, the location is really good, there are 2 malls and migros that you can go walking, there's also an indoor swimming pool and Massage spa. There's also an open buffet for breakfast. But the price is not really good for 1 bedroom, at least it has everything you need.

Great position for FCA Tofas in Bursa, close to Bus terminal, easy to take bus for Bursa city or other cities. Close a shopping center.

To be honest everything in this hotel its amazing juts one thing no one speak English good it’s fine ,but what about the people they couldn’t speak Arabic or Turkish language , I hope for the owner for This hotel to let the employees to Learning English .

Nice hotel. Located on the highway, close to shopping center,market,all that is necessary. The centre will have to take a little trip. There is a pool and Spa, it is a pity are not managed. The room was very big and spacious, clean.But the downside is no balcony, Smoking is a problem.

It's a classic property. We stayed for a day and got to use the Sauna and Cold bath facilities. It was an enjoyable experience.

The Hotel is well maintained and the rooms are spacious. Sadly small niggly things like: A- Internet doesn't work on the 4th Floor despite requesting help. Front Desk wouldn't believe us. The room is standard, not look like 5 star hotel The food is so so, the taste is easy to forget The room is clean, but person who don't like hotel with minimum lighting is not suit on you And for the tourism, the place is far away from the iconic place in Bursa

The only issue we had was that the shower was not sealed properly so water leaked onto the floor. The staff were excellent and accommodating and the location was convenient. There's a bank right next door, it's within walking distance from the wedding venue we went to and the local mall/restaurants.

This collection is located in the Click Plus Hotel in the Osmangazi area in the city of Bursa. The hotel is beautiful and the spa area is complete. There is an athletics room, various regular and sulfur swimming pools, massage, and a Turkish bath. The area is beautiful and quiet.

The aircond wasn’t working it was more of heater. We had to open the window throughout the night. We we assigned to smoking room and couldn’t stand the smell of the room. Though I am sure they have non-smoking room.

We stayed in a suit room for two days.. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Especially, the bed was so comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful.The only thing I didn't like was breakfast, I wish it could be better.

One to remember.. we had the best time. From rooms, to breakfast, to thermal pool to turkish baths, we loved it all. Our crew included a surgeon, a dentist and a university rector and we have all thoroughly appreciated everything. Excellent service, attentive stuff, especially in breakfast serving area, Emine and her colleagues were exceptionally professional and welcoming. The hotel is located in middle of the city center which makes it close to shops, the room/restroom were very clean, comfy bed, parking garage, front desk staff are very welcoming. The breakfast is good except that they don't serve fresh jucise but other than the rest of the food were freshly made.

It is an okay hotel. The room I stayed in had a mold smell but it wasn't extreme. Also the room was cold and there was no thermometer or ac to control the temperature. The food was good though.

Service is as you may expect. However it's impossible to book a room without full board. The best place to stay if you don't want to go out and just want to enjoy the kitchen. If you want to go out than there are other great opportunities to stay also.

It's a good hotel to stay in Bursa. It seems to be old but that might be it's commercial statement. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The best thing about this hotel is the thermal facility. The infrastructure of thermal bath facility is beautiful, historic and takes you back in time. I would recommend this hotel if you want to experience the thermal bath.

We wanted to ski but as we have a baby it's difficult thankfully there is a baby sitter. It was very nice and safe to leave our 4 month old baby with Yonca . She is lovely and knows how to calm the baby and take care of his needs. Food was OK and overpriced .. there is room for improvement Hotel services for ski is good but everything is extra charge which should at least have deductions for guests...
