Well.... Really Nice.. But also a bit too much on the snobby side. Extremely good thermal bath. Breakfast great. Restaurant was excellent. Good Cook!! Did not like that the breakfast waiters had to take the food from the breakfast buffet. It did not give me the chance to try new things. Made me want to finish early. Felt rushed on! Their english was good but not sufficient. Buy breakfast included....

Spa center was excellent. You can get proper massage by Balinese and Thai masseuses. It is not required to go to Bali or Thailand for a massage. Reception and spa management was so helpful and professional. Clean and well decorated facility. Pool and Turkish bath are really good.

When we arrived we found out we were in the 3rd floor with a connection room, the other room was a small family with a child of 6 month-ish which gave us nightmares when we try to sleep, we could bare the noise of wake up of a child's crying in the middle of the night, we woke up 4-5 times because of this, let alone the fact that there were a some kind of night clubs that we could hear clearly and...

The hotel is great, amenities are great. Have a great roof with beautiful view over Bursa. The staff although kind and trying, need a bit more training. I believe there are too many restrictions in the accounting system, and prevents them from doing anything (including dividing a bill)

It's a classic property. We stayed for a day and got to use the Sauna and Cold bath facilities. It was an enjoyable experience.

We stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Bursa for 2 days. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly, the minibar in the room was fully stocked, there were plenty of complimentary amenities, everything was well thought out, the location was excellent, there was parking available, and the restaurants were of high quality. The only downside was that the breakfast was a bit pricey

The main thing is to feel u r at home, and this is what u are going to feel there.. One of the best front office staff I have seen in Türkiye. Rooms r clean ,location is perfect, executive lounge is perfect (it just need so.e seats out there) , the breakfast menu needs some change day after day.

I really liked it there, the location is really good, there are 2 malls and migros that you can go walking, there's also an indoor swimming pool and Massage spa. There's also an open buffet for breakfast. But the price is not really good for 1 bedroom, at least it has everything you need.

The hotel is located in middle of the city center which makes it close to shops, the room/restroom were very clean, comfy bed, parking garage, front desk staff are very welcoming. The breakfast is good except that they don't serve fresh jucise but other than the rest of the food were freshly made.

The hotel is as clean as your own home, the service is 5 stars, the employees are so polite (and they don't ask for tips), the location is central and all services are at a walking distance. I would always come back!

In this hotel you feel like in a luxury hotel. All the staff including the hotel manager Mr. Kurtulus did their best to make our stay unforgettable. Large room size for family. Neat and clean room. Hotel is on main road so whole night you will feel traffic noise coming. Also strange smoking smell coming in room due to centralized AC units. Good location, clean and comfortable rooms, polite staff, excellent breakfast, reasonable prices. But there was a problem with the windows. There were cracks in the windows and the wind blew through them. In any case, I recommend this place, as in other aspects the hotel was good.

An okay 3 day stay. No restaurant or room service. The staff can manage ordering local turkish food from nearby restaurants on your behalf if you are interested. The rooms are quite spacious and clean.
