Classic style hotel. The rooms are spacious, with classic furniture. Queen size bed and very nice marble bathroom. The service is impeccable, the food is delicious and with fresh ingredients (Turkish cuisine especially). It's a classic property. We stayed for a day and got to use the Sauna and Cold bath facilities. It was an enjoyable experience.

Well.... Really Nice.. But also a bit too much on the snobby side. Extremely good thermal bath. Breakfast great. Restaurant was excellent. Good Cook!! Did not like that the breakfast waiters had to take the food from the breakfast buffet. It did not give me the chance to try new things. Made me want to finish early. Felt rushed on! Spa center was excellent. You can get proper massage by Balinese and Thai masseuses. It is not required to go to Bali or Thailand for a massage. Reception and spa management was so helpful and professional. Clean and well decorated facility. Pool and Turkish bath are really good.

When we arrived we found out we were in the 3rd floor with a connection room, the other room was a small family with a child of 6 month-ish which gave us nightmares when we try to sleep, we could bare the noise of wake up of a child's crying in the middle of the night, we woke up 4-5 times because of this, let alone the fact that there were a some kind of night clubs that we could hear clearly and...

The hotel is great, amenities are great. Have a great roof with beautiful view over Bursa. The staff although kind and trying, need a bit more training. I believe there are too many restrictions in the accounting system, and prevents them from doing anything (including dividing a bill)

I love staying at this particular Crowne Plaza. The skyline hasn't changed much and the rooms are still very comfortable. I took a superior double this time and it is very well appointed. One to remember.. we had the best time. From rooms, to breakfast, to thermal pool to turkish baths, we loved it all. Our crew included a surgeon, a dentist and a university rector and we have all thoroughly appreciated everything. Excellent service, attentive stuff, especially in breakfast serving area, Emine and her colleagues were exceptionally professional and welcoming. There is another Gentleman in reception area who was extremely helpful, I can’t recall his name but he spoke English and Arabic. Outdoor pull was closed for quite some time which was very unfortunate especially during hot summer days

You went with my children, it was great, we enjoyed the hotel very much, we rested in the spa and thermal baths, we swam and the staff were very kind, they hosted us nicely and the food was delicious, there were nice guests in the evening and in the morning. Honestly, this was as good as a mid-term holiday for us. Everything was programmed to make us comfortable.

Hello, I was extremely pleased with my accommodation. I would recommend it to everyone. Staff interest is high. Even though it is an old hotel, the innovations are noticeable. I had not noticed the innovations in my previous accommodations. The thermal pool was warm. I had a garden view room. We would like to thank all the friends at the reception for their interest.

I really liked it there, the location is really good, there are 2 malls and migros that you can go walking, there's also an indoor swimming pool and Massage spa. There's also an open buffet for breakfast. But the price is not really good for 1 bedroom, at least it has everything you need.

Absolutely classy hotel. One of the best we've visited. Every detail in the hotel oozes elegance. The fact that the bathroom had double doors just shows how good it was. Shame we only stayed for one night. Would definitely recommend and visit again if we return to Bursa.

This place is a real gem. The Manager is the grandchild of the original owner. It is only 30 rooms, and is designed for people like me on a budget. Breakfast is good, and the Turkish Hamam is awesome with its Hot spring water coming from the heart of the mountain. Everything is really clean, and they have many of travelers need.

If you are looking for a warm family atmosphere, you can go to this hotel, which has the most naive atmosphere compared to the surroundings. It is very clear who goes in and out. Im currently staying at this hotel and It is one of the best hotels, Maybe it's the best one ever in Bursa, they kindly upgraded our stay from Aloft to sherton as they had noticed that we're honeymooners. All staff are really kind and very helpful all day night.

The hotel is like 1980’s five star hotel not for 2025. Breakfast buffet is good but lacking service. Rooms are outdated needs update.
