You can get proper massage by Balinese and Thai masseuses. It is not required to go to Bali or Thailand for a massage. Reception and spa management was so helpful and professional. Clean and well decorated facility

When we arrived we found out we were in the 3rd floor with a connection room, the other room was a small family with a child of 6 month-ish which gave us nightmares when we try to sleep, we could bare the noise of wake up of a child's crying in the middle of the night, we woke up 4-5 times because of this, let alone the fact that there were a some kind of night clubs that we could hear clearly and...

The hotel is great, amenities are great. Have a great roof with beautiful view over Bursa. The staff although kind and trying, need a bit more training

I believe there are too many restrictions in the accounting system, and prevents them from doing anything (including dividing a bill)

Pool and Turkish bath are really good

The staff is very friendly and ready to assist whenever a problem occurs. Bedings and bath towels are changed everyday. Bottle of 1L of water is left in the room each day after cleaning. I recommend this establishment

The rooms are spacious, with classic furniture. Queen size bed and very nice marble bathroom. The service is impeccable, the food is delicious and with fresh ingredients (Turkish cuisine especially)

Good beds, great showers, beautiful spa, delicious breakfast. Conveniently located just outside the city centre. Ask for a room in the back of the building where you can open your window without hearing the traffic.

The spa and hamam bath are a must for me every time I come to Bursa so the fact that this is a thermal hotel is a plus. It has a hot pool, cool pool, salt room, various saunas, hair salon, massage salon

Rooms r clean ,location is perfect, executive lounge is perfect (it just need so. e seats out there) , the breakfast menu needs some change day after day

A few things to pay attention to were the road that goes into the parking of the hotel gets congested very badly (we spent 40 minutes for the 2 minute turn) and since it was semester, the pool was flooded with kids who did not know the indoor pool rules crisscrossing in any direction

Brand new hotel not too far from heart of the city of Bursa. Great locations which is few minutes walking distance with one of largest shopping complexes. There's a restaurant nearby for those love local kebabs

Location is great near most local attractions. Parking is around the corner for 25tl for 24 hrs. Breakfast is served at smit next door. It’s great for a 3 star hotel

A hotel in the heart of the City Bursa. Everything is very close by and you basically just need to walk a couple steps to reach a lot of restaurants, Cafés, shopping stores and a lot more

There breakfast has a very nice view but not perfectly delicious. When I reserved by phone they gave me a very nice price compared with internet, almost the half price exactly

They always helped us out with any question we had and tried to make our stay as good as possible. I personally prefer the stay here since we had everything close by

Hotel is on main road so whole night you will feel traffic noise coming. Also strange smoking smell coming in room due to centralized AC units. Overall good friendly and polite staff

Görükle is a very decent area and the location of the hotel is 25 minutes from the center of Bursa. The hotel and rooms are very clean and big enough. From the 5th floor there is a beautiful view of Bursa

A wonderful hotel for its 4 stars. The room is clean, warm, cozy, quiet with a view of the city. All toilet cosmetics are available. The staff is wonderful, helping with all questions. Comfortable check-in and check-out

We booked here in the last moment for a brief transit stay & got a very good deal. Although compact, rooms are good with all standard amenities and so is the breakfast buffet. Toilet doors didn't have locking options.

Due to the pandemic period they do not offer a buffet breakfast, but during this period they have become the hotel that offers the most varied breakfast of any hotel I have stayed at
