It's a classic property. We stayed for a day and got to use the Sauna and Cold bath facilities. It was an enjoyable experience.

Good beds, great showers, beautiful spa, delicious breakfast. Conveniently located just outside the city centre. Ask for a room in the back of the building where you can open your window without hearing the traffic.

We stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Bursa for 2 days. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly, the minibar in the room was fully stocked, there were plenty of complimentary amenities, everything was well thought out, the location was excellent, there was parking available, and the restaurants were of high quality. The only downside was that the breakfast was a bit pricey

We stopped for a night as we were driving and needed to rest. The hotel needs uplifting/ renovation. Otherwise the staff are polite and accommodating. It was okay just to refresh and carry on our road trip.

One to remember.. we had the best time. From rooms, to breakfast, to thermal pool to turkish baths, we loved it all. Our crew included a surgeon, a dentist and a university rector and we have all thoroughly appreciated everything. Excellent service, attentive stuff, especially in breakfast serving area, Emine and her colleagues were exceptionally professional and welcoming. There is another Gentleman in reception area who was extremely helpful, I can’t recall his name but he spoke English and Arabic. We wanted to ski but as we have a baby it's difficult thankfully there is a baby sitter. It was very nice and safe to leave our 4 month old baby with Yonca . She is lovely and knows how to calm the baby and take care of his needs. It's a good hotel to stay in Bursa. It seems to be old but that might be it's commercial statement. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The best thing about this hotel is the thermal facility. The infrastructure of thermal bath facility is beautiful, historic and takes you back in time. I would recommend this hotel if you want to experience the thermal bath.

The place is close to the Bursa clock and the popular market, but on a high street. We visited it and it is newly opened. It is dedicated to bed and breakfast. It is small and has a small garden for breakfast. The tap was leaking. There was still waste from the previous visitor in the waste bin. The ceilings were so low that I had to constantly duck to get to my room. I was really disappointed with this hotel. Despite the nice host, not worth repeating.

The house is very different and pleasantly furnished. The location is close to the lake, the center. Our host, Zeki Bey, helped us in every way. We would love to come again.

This is one of the best places to get relax and live short time away from big cities. Mr Zeki (The Owner) is simple smiling cooperative man. We spent 2 nights here , i consider it one of the best trips inside Turkey. I recommend it for small families or couples . The wooden home is suitable for maximum sleeps of 4 beside 2 sofa . The city people are nice, i feel that im in my own town.
