I love staying at this particular Crowne Plaza. The skyline hasn't changed much and the rooms are still very comfortable. I took a superior double this time and it is very well appointed. One to remember.. we had the best time. From rooms, to breakfast, to thermal pool to turkish baths, we loved it all. Our crew included a surgeon, a dentist and a university rector and we have all thoroughly appreciated everything. Excellent service, attentive stuff, especially in breakfast serving area, Emine and her colleagues were exceptionally professional and welcoming. There is another Gentleman in reception area who was extremely helpful, I can’t recall his name but he spoke English and Arabic. You went with my children, it was great, we enjoyed the hotel very much, we rested in the spa and thermal baths, we swam and the staff were very kind, they hosted us nicely and the food was delicious, there were nice guests in the evening and in the morning. Hello, I was extremely pleased with my accommodation. I would recommend it to everyone. Staff interest is high. Even though it is an old hotel, the innovations are noticeable. We stayed in a suit room for two days.. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Especially, the bed was so comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful.The only thing I didn't like was breakfast, I wish it could be better.

Good for short night stay on the way

A bit dirty and small. For its price okay.

Cons are: 1) The main cons is a bad cleanliness. Receptionist tried to make cleaning 'after' we arrived (it was evening!)- but it was poor try. 2) Very bad sound isolation. We heard the steps and voices upstairs. 3) It was strange but receptionist ask for money despite we had payed the week before. Pros are: 1) Good location 2) Affordable price 3) Kettle inside the room (as bonus)

Absolutely classy hotel. One of the best we've visited. Every detail in the hotel oozes elegance. The fact that the bathroom had double doors just shows how good it was. Shame we only stayed for one night. Would definitely recommend and visit again if we return to Bursa.

This hotel is really great value. Everything was excellent, the room, the breakfast, the staff, the sauna and steamroom, and the view over the sea while you eat breakfast... it was actually quite hard to checkout. And so easy to get here by ferry from Istanbul.

My brother in law booked this hotel for us and for his family for a small getaway. Location is great, the rooms were clean, breakfast was amazing with a great view. Our room did have a sea view but also a view of the villas nearby. Overall, we really enjoyed this hotel..they have an indoor pool and a smaller outdoor pool. we stayed there for one night. the staff were really nice and ended up giving us 2 rooms instead of one which was really kind of them!! my only issue was that the carpets in the rooms and the floors under the beds did not appear to be very clean. and the beds were kind of dusty as well, which was quite disappointing. breakfast was nice and the location is great as well.

The tap was leaking. There was still waste from the previous visitor in the waste bin. The ceilings were so low that I had to constantly duck to get to my room. I was really disappointed with this hotel. Despite the nice host, not worth repeating.

It has a great location walking distance away from sites of old town. There is free parking in front of hotel with easy access from main street. Plenty of room for a family. There is someone at the reception for 24 hrs if you need anything. The light at one of the rooms was very poor for reading.
