Where to stay in Bursa

Well.... Really Nice.. But also a bit too much on the snobby side. Extremely good thermal bath. Breakfast great. Restaurant was excellent. Good Cook!! Did not like that the breakfast waiters had to take the food from the breakfast buffet. It did not give me the chance to try new things. Made me want to finish early. Felt rushed on! Their english was good but not sufficient. Buy breakfast included....

Spa center was excellent. You can get proper massage by Balinese and Thai masseuses. It is not required to go to Bali or Thailand for a massage. Reception and spa management was so helpful and professional. Clean and well decorated facility. Pool and Turkish bath are really good.

When we arrived we found out we were in the 3rd floor with a connection room, the other room was a small family with a child of 6 month-ish which gave us nightmares when we try to sleep, we could bare the noise of wake up of a child's crying in the middle of the night, we woke up 4-5 times because of this, let alone the fact that there were a some kind of night clubs that we could hear clearly and...

The hotel is great, amenities are great. Have a great roof with beautiful view over Bursa. The staff although kind and trying, need a bit more training. I believe there are too many restrictions in the accounting system, and prevents them from doing anything (including dividing a bill)

It's a classic property. We stayed for a day and got to use the Sauna and Cold bath facilities. It was an enjoyable experience.

Good beds, great showers, beautiful spa, delicious breakfast. Conveniently located just outside the city centre. Ask for a room in the back of the building where you can open your window without hearing the traffic.

We stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Bursa for 2 days. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly, the minibar in the room was fully stocked, there were plenty of complimentary amenities, everything was well thought out, the location was excellent, there was parking available, and the restaurants were of high quality. The only downside was that the breakfast was a bit pricey

The main thing is to feel u r at home, and this is what u are going to feel there.. One of the best front office staff I have seen in Türkiye. Rooms r clean ,location is perfect, executive lounge is perfect (it just need so.e seats out there) , the breakfast menu needs some change day after day.

From the first second at the check-in very helpful, welcoming staff. Overall great experience. I forgot my coat in the room and realized after 2 days, they were very helpful and attending. I got my coat back very easily

To be honest everything in this hotel its amazing juts one thing no one speak English good it’s fine ,but what about the people they couldn’t speak Arabic or Turkish language , I hope for the owner for This hotel to let the employees to Learning English .

Nice hotel. Located on the highway, close to shopping center,market,all that is necessary. The centre will have to take a little trip. There is a pool and Spa, it is a pity are not managed. The room was very big and spacious, clean.But the downside is no balcony, Smoking is a problem.

Did not like the Breakfast

This collection is located in the Click Plus Hotel in the Osmangazi area in the city of Bursa. The hotel is beautiful and the spa area is complete. There is an athletics room, various regular and sulfur swimming pools, massage, and a Turkish bath. The area is beautiful and quiet.

Very good hotel with a very good location. The management and the staff is extremely good. I can not recommend enough the attention of the staff and the quality of the management. Everything is proper and on point. If we need to stay in Bursa again , Holiday Inn will be our first choice for sure. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in middle of the city center which makes it close to shops, the room/restroom were very clean, comfy bed, parking garage, front desk staff are very welcoming. The breakfast is good except that they don't serve fresh jucise but other than the rest of the food were freshly made.

This hotel was outstanding. I was also very pleased with the customer service. The reception was very welcoming and professional. The rooms were really nice, and the cleanliness was impaccable. The hotel is as clean as your own home, the service is 5 stars, the employees are so polite (and they don't ask for tips), the location is central and all services are at a walking distance. I would always come back!

I stayed one night in this place. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. The location is amazing; you are just next to all the pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. We enjoyed three wonderful days. You can start your day with a cup of coffee, overlooking both the water (sea of Marmara) and the green mountains. Transportation is not a problem as you can call a taxi and get to the business part of Mudanya or even Bursa for a reasonable fee.

First of all if you have any expectations of going to the sea you can't. ıf you don't have a car it's impossible to go around since it's in the middle of a hill. Only viable way is to call a cab. The only issue we had was that the shower was not sealed properly so water leaked onto the floor. The staff were excellent and accommodating and the location was convenient. There's a bank right next door, it's within walking distance from the wedding venue we went to and the local mall/restaurants.

Large room size for family. Neat and clean room. Hotel is on main road so whole night you will feel traffic noise coming. Also strange smoking smell coming in room due to centralized AC units. Good location, clean and comfortable rooms, polite staff, excellent breakfast, reasonable prices. But there was a problem with the windows. There were cracks in the windows and the wind blew through them. In any case, I recommend this place, as in other aspects the hotel was good.

An okay 3 day stay. No restaurant or room service. The staff can manage ordering local turkish food from nearby restaurants on your behalf if you are interested. The rooms are quite spacious and clean.
