Bursa Palas Hotel

A very clean , spacious,and comfortable hotel. The staff is very helpful, we stayed for 2 nights in room 203 ,it was amazing, everything is available in the room and the bathroom. The hotel is in the center if the old city ,so you can walk to visit all the touristic places .

Great service and location! They even offer free valet service which is not easy in old down town! Those guys are amazing! However 2 minor drawbacks:

1) the elevator is only for 2 and very old.
2) we went late to breakfast and variaty was less.

The location was nearby to major attractions.
Breakfast was variety.
The employees were very helpful, even recommend to us a local restaurant - which end up my dad really like it.

I was skeptical of this place because the rooms seemed a little dated based on the reviews. And I was right, the rooms are dated. However, out of most of the Bursa hotels, this hotel had queen beds and allows 4 people in one room without having to book two rooms. We got the family room where we were pleasantly surprised to find it was two separate rooms. One room had the queen bed and the other room had two twin beds. Since the hotel is on a side street, there was no view at all. The bathrooms were fully stocked every day and the breakfast was great with a variety of items. The hotel is also close to the bazaar, Grand Mosque of Bursa and close to the bus and tram stops too. The farthest we walked was to the Green Mosque and Tomb and that was a thirty minute walk, that's all. The employees at the reception were so helpful!!! They wrote down all the important places in Bursa for us and recommended their pick for the best iskender kabab. I would stay in this hotel again for the convenient location and awesome staff.

Affordable hotel in great location with parking space. The room at 4th floor was clean and spacy. Breakfast was above my expectations. Personnel was kind and helpful. There's too much noise during daytime but we had no problems at night.

Perfect location - within walking distance to all attractions, yet because it's on the side street it's nice and quiet. Parking is also no problem and staff is very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Minus one star because there was hair in the bathroom in multiple places and on the bedsheets as well.

It’s a good hotel for families,breakfast is fine .Good location , stuff were very nice, they helped us every time by carrying the baby stroller . Also the price was good as 15th Jun23
