Single room was great, very clean and with all amenities. Only things missing were shower slide doors.
Service was superb. There was valet service and daily free breakfast delivered to room at 8 am or 10 am, your choice.
Many restaurants and markets within walking distance.

Prusias Otel very lovely hotel not so big but so kind . Very helpful staff
Clean rooms everything is well organized
Breakfast good and mix the hotel offer a good Turkish breakfast.
The hotel is very near to downtown also all famous places
The prices of room is very accepted
I advise to visit Prusias Otel you will never regret
For me I will be back when visiting Bursa next time

Service is very good, employees are very nice. The shower did not have its door so that was disturbing and a major flaw. Rooms need maintenance and the breakfast is somehow poor. 2 mins to tram and bus stops.

Highly recommend! Stayed here for a week. ~300 Lira/night including breakfast for 2. Breakfast is ok. Turkish coffee and tea are complimentary and can be brought to your room. Clean room for Turkish hotel standards lol. They provide packaged water every day. Room has everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

CAGRI the receptionist even started his excellent customer care before i get to hotel,
Calling me if I needed any help finding the place and ways to get there,
Also during my stay every help and guidance I needed,
Rest of the stuff was fantastic ,big special thanks to lovely breakfast lady very friendly caring clean,

After our check out at the hotel, we went to the center to do some shopping. When we came back to our car (parked next to the hotel) a staff came out of the hotel to help us with all the bags and to help us carry them to the car. This is what I call a true service: despite the fact that we had left the hotel they were still willing to help us !
