Hotel Villa Daffodil

Pictures on booking are seemingly more attractive than in real life. This hotel was on the outskirts for the marina. It's about a 15 min walk. The room was tiny, and the bed was slim and tiny. There were ants running around in the room. We didn't have any food laying around either.
The breakfast was alright, standard hotel breakfast in turkey. The wifi was horrible. Really hard to live without out internet in 2023. We dropped out every 5 minutes from the internet, and general connection was bad. We were told that the more people who is connected the more traffic. If that's the case, invest on increasing speed and make it more pleasant for your guest. This would increase service a lot. Bad internet tiday is just a hassle to deal with.

1-) we made reservation 7 month before and price was cheaper presently. So hotel early reservation is bullsheet;)

2-) rooms are very very bad and old fashion.

STAFF İS VERY GOOD AND IN GOOD COOPERATİON BUT NOT ENOUGH.

Just got there and they say it's closed, is this for real?

Update: we passed by the place again and there was another guy at the door. We asked him if the place is closed and he said no, and we have room.

All and all, we decided it's too risky to deal with them and made a pass.

After a 2 days stay I can say

Though the receptionists were kind , but the Hotel is totally out of date and needs to be renovated.
The furniture is old , bed sheets and mattresses are dirty.
Bathroom door doesn't close well.
In ground floor humidity in walls and ceiling.
The pool water is full of chlorine, my eyes burnt for the rest of the day , that water also ruined my new fav T-shirt" chlorine ".
Breakfast is below normal.

The only good thing about this Hotel is the view.

The men who sit beside by the reception is really so rude. We directly called the hotel and booked the room, when we arrive, just asked if they can serve the breakfast 30 mints before the normal time, he said: no, then we asked can you cut the breakfast fee in the bill, he said: no, it seems nothing they can do for warmly receiving the guest, then my husband asked me if I want to stay or leave. Then I said at least give us cup of hot tea! Because we do leave in the early morning, I need a tea at least to fresh ourselves. Then the men said tea ok. , then we were going to continue the procedures for check in . But ! But ! But! The men said the receptionist: now we are not receiving the guests ! What ? What ? What ? This is really the first time to hear a hotel manager (or whatever he is ) saying like this especially in front of my face ! We are bringing money to your business , but this men just make me feel that we are coming for poor tea! Sorry ! I have full of tea bags in my bag which those are super better then yours!
We didn’t check in the hotel in the end, without service and being rude to your coming guests, this can not be a hotel, Boutique ,even little hostel
