Now known as the Ramada hotel, great location and superb service. Outstanding member of staff was the young lady who has taught herself English through Harry Potter - nothing was too much trouble.
Hopefully we will return one day.
Magical place for a total chill out.

We spent 2 weeks in this lovely hotel in September 2022. We had an amazing time. The hotel staff is exceptional, they are very helpful, extremely attentive, smiley and they do make your experience very special. Svetlana spent her time talking to each guest every day, offering help with any experiences you would like to try, gave many recommendations and information on anything you would need to visit or try.
The kitchen staff was always smiley and friendly, the food was amazing. We had breakfast and dinner included.
The waiters, they greeted us with a smile every time, they were very very attentive and at the evenings they were very entertaining too. There is entertainment in several times in the evenings but even when there isn’t they would make it fun for you and dance and pull you to dance, very entertaining bunch of people. The chef and bar manager is always around and greet you with a smile every time. The rooms were nice and clean, and you are always left a little surprise on your bed. The location and view is excellent, the infinity pool also has amazing view, you can spend ages there admiring the view. We had a truly amazing time which was mainly down to the amazing staff. They definitely set very high standards for our holiday this year in their sister hotel - Sertil Royal Forest hotel. I can highly recommend this hotel and I will come back again in the future!

My wife and I stayed in October 2023. We were a little anxious because after booking, we read some very mixed reviews. Turns out that we had no cause for concern as the hotel exceeded any expectations. Set in a great location between Hisoranu and Olu Deniz. Beautiful views of the mountains and out over the sea. We stayed on a b&b basis which was ideal as there are so many fantastic places to choose from for dinner with some spectacular views. The rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was unlimited buffet with endless choices of hot and cold options. We are already planning our return next year.

Beautiful hotel, staff cannot do enough for you. Breakfast is buffet style with so much to choose from it's hard to choose, from omelette station to pure honeycomb still in the frame.
Stunning views from the hotel down onto Oludeniz, we were lucky enough to go in October when the hotel was not full so we enjoyed peace and quiet.
The location means you get a great breeze during the day which helps, the only downside would be access, but taxis are really cheap, there is a local bus service but it's a steep hill to walk up and down, worth every penny we paid.

Our 2nd time to this hotel and we really enjoyed it. Same room again which is amazing stunning views and cleaned every day by our lovely maid.
Lovely reception staff all friendly and helpful, Mertcan has been a great help. Bar staff all lovely nothing too much trouble. Manager Hilal been amazing and super helpful. Great to see some past quests from last year lovely to see them again . We will definitely be back .Thank you to everyone at Sertil Deluxe.

The hotel was great with everything. They took care of all our requests one by one. The hotel staff were very friendly and interested. The food was really great. We participated in the tours offered by the hotel and we were very satisfied. for service.

The hotel was very clean and hygienic. The rooms were very comfortable, the sea view of the mountains was perfect. The staff were very caring and very nice. The variety of food was less. Since we prefer the sea, breakfast and dinner were enough for us.

First of all, the most striking feature of this hotel, which we chose for its appearance, was for us the cleanliness. We also found the staff very friendly and approachable. The hotel management tries to help you with all your requests. At the front desk, Mr. Tamer was very problem oriented and remembered to say "welcome" with small gestures. We would like to thank Mr. Yusuf for his sincerity at the pool bar, Mr. Mehmet Ali for his kindness and the cleaners for their discreet behavior. I would also like to comment on the food. We dined at the restaurant. It was very tasty and satisfying. Accommodation, food and comfort We would like to thank all the staff for all these details and Mr. Zeyat for the exemplary management of the hotel.
