Great value for money. Nice cave room. Excellent property with amazing hot air balloon views in the early mornings. The terrace for sunset is a sight to behold.

The hotel reception is manned by very friendly and helpful people all the time who can help you with all of your local sightseeings and more. The hot air balloon ride they organized was less expensive when compared to online rates. They also send you really well with whatever you need through the day - water, tea, coffee, etc. The breakfast spread was huge, fresh and very tasty.

Since we had to leave for our flight before the breakfast time they offered to prepare sandwiches for our flight.

Overall highly recommend!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. An amazing breakfast is served every morning!! We enjoyed the views of the city f on the terrace. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel!

This hotel was nothing but amazing! The room was great, the service was second to none and you get breakfast in the morning that caters to a variety of different tastes. The family that run this establishment make you feel right at home especially Yousef who would chat away and made us tee at night time whilst we sat on the terrace with the stunning views of Goreme. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

It was such an amazing experience. People are so nice. One of the host is a balloon pilot. Kudos to Yusuf who took care of everything at all hours.

I have been here in this place for 3 nights (around 2nd week of may). The place is great and is in a great location, breakfast as well, pretty big an traditional. There is not really much to say about the place itself, but I would like to spend some words about the staff of the hotel which made our stay very nice.

When we arrived (myself and my wife) there was Rüstü there to welcome us. He is very friendly and knows very good how to speak English. As welcome he did offer us a Turkish coffee and a Turkish tea right before showing us our room.

With him the day of arrival we discussed about all the plans and activities organized and he could take care of everything along with Balloon flight (thank to him we could save some money). They have kind of calendar per room with all the activities organized. We did horse ride, and also a day tour, they basically take care of the organization on your behalf and you do not really need to do anything, only be ready for the time that they tell you.

Along all the stay if we had a question Rüstü was there to help us (in person and also over whatsapp thru the phone) and provide very good suggestions/answers. He also prepared personally my Shisha (or hookah) which was great giving me a very good attention !

What to say ... He was great in everything and thank to him our holiday was way more organized and better. If you go there make sure to speak with him :D he is there during day time. Last thing, he was offering coffee and Tea all the time whenever we wanted !

In the night there is Maulüt which also is very nice, we could not engage with him much as Rũstũ as during night we were sleeping and super tired. Maulüt was always ready as well to answer our question and to offer us water whenever we needed. He woke us up (or knocked our door) whenever we had early morning activities (or the return shuttle to the airport).

Last one of the team that we have met is Sayfullah which was assisting us during breakfast time and he also during day time whenever we wanted some coffee and tea. He was super nice as well.

What to say, the guys gave to our experience that +1 which made everything perfect. Thank you was great meeting you!

Very good place to stay. Breakfast is really good also staff is really helpful and kind also friendly. I enjoyed my time over here, can not forget the memories I got.

Actually i cant say anything becoz the room is so amazing, i've got room 103 with large bed with romantic lamp, bath tub, shower, and fresh linen. The breakfast is amazing, the staff are really gorgeous & helpful, i love everything in mystic cave hotel. thanks to Mr. Fatih & Mr Selçuk!

the hotel is close to city center so i can find many restaurant, market, souvenir shops and historical landmark.
