If you don't want to be disappointed, we DO NOT RECOMMENDED this hotel.

We spent hours searching for the perfect hotel to have the best day in Cappadocia and finally found this one. We were particularly drawn to the interior design, especially the lamps and walls, and had booked a queen room well in advance. However, at check-in, we were given a completely different, lower-grade room.

When we mentioned this to the staff, they lied, saying, "Well, it might be a bit different, but it's basically the same room." After checking the online prices, we realized we were given a room that was clearly cheaper than the queen room we had reserved. When we protested, the front desk staff said they would refund the price difference.

But it wasn't about the money... I was truly heartbroken because I absolutely wanted to stay in the queen room. And to make matters worse, it was my birthday. They will never understand our feelings.

Eventually, we were assigned a king room (which was priced similarly to the queen room, and they claimed it was an upgrade, but the interior was not to our taste).

To be honest, we wanted to get a full refund and cancel everything, leaving the hotel immediately. But finding a nice hotel in Cappadocia on the same day would have been difficult, so we reluctantly stayed.
We will never return to this hotel and will not recommend it to any of our friends.

If they made a double booking, that is the hotel's mistake, and they should apologize to the guests. Worst of all, they never even apologized.We hope no one else will be saddened by booking this hotel in the future.

p.s. Wi-Fi is garbage.
