It is very unique that the front desk will promote hot air balloons and other projects. Don't agree to the price at the first time, the price will be reduced later. The terrace is very beautiful and it is very good to watch the sunrise hot air balloons and the night view.

After reading several reviews, I expected to have a bad experience but it actually exceeded my expectations. There was someone to carry our luggage and show us to our room. Very nice staff, but this hotel has maximum 3*. Rooms should be renovated. Food is ok, room mostly clean. There is no lift. Shop is in the area. Even good location if we have a car or want to take taxi.

My friend got robbed via WiFi in this hotel. She logged in with smartphone and at night she has got several messages: a lot of payments, was written “google”. Some thieves work with this hotel WiFi and steal your money if you have Apple Pay with cards. We blocked cards, but still receive messages about unsuccessful attempts. Be careful!!!! Remove your cards from Apple Pay or better don’t use local...

Awesome stay...love the bedroom! Would have given more stars if the heaters worked better. The hot water for the showers took a bit of time too. But still, love it!

We stayed here for 2 nights. Mehmat was amazing as a host. He helped us with shuttle services and all the different tours capadoccia had to offer. An amazing place to stay.

The atmosphere was very familiar. Spezially Mr. M took care about all our wishes and needs. Also the cook and the rest of the team were absolutely friendly. We can recommend this hotel to everyone and it will be a pleasure for us to visit them again.

Great hotel! New, beautifully designed. Lovely restaurant with very good quality, tasty, varied food choices. Nice pool. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful. The rooms are sparkling clean, nicely furnished and had everything I needed. The walls are a bit thin. I could hear the other hotel guests leaving early in the morning, but the hotel is not crowded, so it was not a problem.

Oh I love this hotel. Nice and clean room, nice food, nice staff... But they need to improve just dessert choices in the buffet.

We were hoping to get a cave hotel as part of our tour, but this stone-concept hotel was pretty nice as well. Some artifacts on display, along with breakfast and dinner service.

The room is very good, big and clean There are two bathrooms, and the front desk gave me a free room upgrade, which is really great The service is also very good. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and can get water for free.

generally we had a pleasant stay at this hotel! Our flight landed early and the staff let us check in in the morning so we didn’t need to wait outside. Rooms are pretty clean & nicely decorated. Breakfasts are authentic Turkish food and we enjoyed it a lot 🥰

Pros= Free Turkish breakfast was amazing, staff was kind and available 24hrs. Cons= No AC and it was hot as hell in even September, 15min walk to town, no mini fridge, could use an update as everything is 30 years old.

Fantastic cave hotel, good service, great breakfast Although Urgup, I think the value for money is far better than Goreme (if you rent a transport) I also stayed overnight in Goreme which is a basement in poor condition but more expensive.

The hotel is very good and cost-effective, but the hot air balloon camera is too far away to take pictures with your mobile phone.

It was nice to experience a cave stay but the place is far from the “city” center and other popular and convenient places for tourists. The good thing is that it’s in a quiet place.

Dadeli Konak is cave hotel at Cappadocia. the rooms are spacious. Hotel Staff is very good. Mr Ibrahim looked after us personally. Arranged balloon tour, Ercyus mountain tour. Helped me retrieve my mobile forgotten in taxi. faced little problem with Wifi but was able to access somehow. Breakfast was good.

Small hotel. Kettle is provided without any complimentary coffee sachets or tea in the room..there is no cup or glass in the room. Only basic things are provided (chair, wardrobe, bed). Toilet is ok, clean, shower also good, shower space is small. They clean the room/made the bed without us asking for it next day. The thing that I like in this hotel is the optional massage service was good enough...

The location is relatively close to the town center, with around 10 minute walk. The rooms are decent and basic needs are sufficed. Internet is good, even in the rooms. Breakfast is not often refilled and the drinks are charged extra, which is ridiculous. Too bad the spa and the pool didn't work.

I booked this hotel for my team traveling for a project in Nevşehir. Beside others 7 collaborators from 4 countries were hosted with my team at the same time. This is an excellent value hotel. We had ‘Urgup’ room which was very spacious but less like a ‘cave’ than other rooms. Strange layout with hall between bedroom and bathroom which had a random gym bench in it! Beautiful views from terrace. Comfy bed. Nice linens and pillows. Would absolutely recommend for the price.

The room was spacious and clean and the staff were super helpful. The owners even drove us to the airport themselves and brought back some souvenirs we left at a nearby restaurant by accident. They even waited for us to check-in at 3am. Overall a great experience.

It is in a location very close to all points of interest and away from the hustle and bustle, allowing you to enjoy the essence of a small and untouristy town in the center of Cappadocia. Rooms are as pictured so you can have peace of mind. Hotel owners are friendly people, there is everything that should be in the room, Urgup Goreme is as close as your feet away with your car. In short, the decor of our room made us live the history, we were very pleased.

We received an absolutely heartwarming welcome!! The family running the hotel are very sweet. They also offer to arrange the balloon tour, red/green/other tours of the area and pickup service from the airport. The town itself is tiny and bit far from the main central towns, but staying there was very relaxing and calming for the mind.
