Great location and a nice swimming pool, but that's about it. The reception staff have been rude, and our towels have not been replaced despite asking twice. The internet is also very patchy. Wouldn't recommend.

Rooms good. Location is at center and all places can be reached at quickly. Service is also good but need to inform everyday for cleaning service.
Breakfast is good. They have open terrace with panoramic view.

👎The room was incredible cold. Not even the Aircon could heat the room up.
👎The guys from reception were a DISASTER. They told me they were going to send me WhatsApp to confirm me about the air balloon, the shuttle to the airport etc.. no messages. I needed to come to them to ask again and again..
👍I was not feeling well and fainted during breakfast. The guy from the buffet reacted incredibile fast and he took care of me the whole morning. I am super thankful to him and Benjamin for offering me taking me to the hospital.

Great location. Lots of picturesque terraces to see the views of the hot air balloons in the morning or sunrises in the evening. Great variety for breakfast and great views from breakfast terrace. Cozy rooms.

Loved my stay here. Would give it a 5 if there were less stairs to climb and the reception staff would smile more often. Haven for cat lovers specially at breakfast time. Their breakfast spread is clearly the best in this area.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is truly amazing with easy access to all the restaurants and shops in the area. The service was impeccable 10/10!! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable.
One standout feature was the convenience of being able to purchase all the Cappadocia tours right at the reception desk. It made planning our adventures in the region incredibly hassle-free.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I know for sure that when I have the chance in the future, I will definitely be returning to stay here again. Thanks for making our trip so memorable!

For its price, we had a really good stay.
There was good room service and the location is very convenient to love valley and pigeon valley by foot.
The toilet has a heated "ladder" thing so we had a good bath though it was cold.
The beds were more than sufficient. The breakfast was good.
Please support them.
I do hope that provide more toilet paper for family room as they run out everyday.

We’ve stayed in a family room ( one double bed and two single beds) in the Cappadocia Caves hotel for two nights and we were overall disappointed for many reasons.
The room was spacious for 4 individuals but lacked of hygiene and essential items. There were no bins, no soap, no individual blankets for everyone. We did ask for all the mentioned items and all were provided except for the bins. Also, we were very bothered by a constant sewage bad smell coming from the bathroom. The Jacuzzi was in a very bad shape and wobbly when got into. Lots of damp stains could be visible on the walls around the bath tube. The bedsheets were used directly on the mattresses and no mattress covers were used, which made us notice lots of stains when the bed sheet did slide off. Furthermore, on the wooden floor corners there were so many holes in different parts of the room and we are glad we didn’t have any children with us as it was a real hazard and risk of injury. The kettle lid in the room was broken and I’ve burnt myself when using it.
We had booked the hotel essentially based on its offer of swimming facilities, however the information on the website are misleading and no details of the period of its accessibility were provided. Upon arrival we were informed that the swimming pool is not heated and therefore can’t be used outside. Additionally, the (self-called) manager openly laughed at our question on the usage of the swimming pool and suggested we could swim in cold water if we desired so. Many additional staff members lacked of professionalism and mannerisms. During the breakfast, many food were off, such as cucumbers, tomatoes and cheese and when we pointed the issues to the staff members standing around the buffet, there wasn’t an apology presented.
