Clean room with plenty of space. Decent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. We would be happy to stay here again.

The property is very good and has an antique charm. The linen was clean and fresh and the rooms comfortably large and warm. The hotel is very conveniently located for indulging in trekking activities. It’s at 5 min walk to the center of Goreme and around 15 min to Goreme open air museum. It was easy to do a trek of the Red and Rose Valleys (via Goreme open air museum). The rooftop breakfast area is absolutely the best place. It’s got a great view. Unfortunately, there was no hot air ballooning in the days we stayed, so can’t say about the views of that. The food was lavish and very tasty. The lady making the breakfast was very caring. Had the best omelets ever. The staff was very helpful in advising about the activities. Only issue was the weak wifi signal, which I’m sure the management will look into.

Highly recommend
The location for us was great. It had incredibly easy parking compared to the hotels that are in the inner city near the shops. It was an easy walk to the inner city. We were super close to the pick up and drop off for our hot air balloon ride which made it so we could sleep an extra hour compared to other guests who were more inland. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The decor is intricate and unique. An amazing bed. The WiFi is good enough for browsing but not strong enough to support zoom calls in case anyone is working remote while here. We just went to the coffee shop across the street that is open until 11PM which worked great.

Hotel is in perfect location easy to find very friendly workers happy to recommend. The balcony has a beautiful view of the city and it was amazing watching the ballon’s go up and down. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurants there were also very tasty. Me and my family had a great time I would 100% recommend very affordable kind staff and more !

The room is spacious and beautiful, with a bathtub and hot water supply. There is a rooftop where you can watch both sunrise (with balloons) and sunset 😍. The hotel is actually just across of the balloon take off sites 🎈. We were lucky that we didn't have to fight for a spot at the rooftop since there were not many people there. They have a cute dog (Bulut) who is smart and can follow you if you invite him, he even slept in our room one night 🥰. They provide a complete Turkish breakfast buffet as well.

we spent 4 days and 3 nights in caravanserai inn hotel, and it was wonderful! the staffs are so welcoming and nice, the breakfasts were delicious and amazing! the lady who cooked for us makes us feel at home. the bed, bathroom and space of the room is nice. the hotel is located near to many restaurants and cafe.

A nice place to stay, within walking distance of the main town center in Goreme. We also set up a tour of the green route through the hotel with Melek (aka “Angel”) who was a charming and informative guide. Delicious breakfast served on the rooftop as well. My wife loved the omelettes. Recommended!

Amazing deal and experience. Room is big enough for three of us. Comfortable. The staff are amazing from the moment we arrived until we left. They always extend a helping hand. Another big thing is that it’s really near to everything like town centre, Burger King, pub, post office, coffee shop, marketplace, etc. We even managed to walk up to the museum. They also cater for activities like hot air balloon, tour, horse ride and quad bike.

We had a lovely week at the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The roof top terrace sitting place made all the difference experiencing Gerome at its best. Clean rooms. Close to city center. Accesible to all amenities - Rabang , Nacario and Borres Family
