The rooms were cleaned daily. It was quiet and peaceful.
The breakfasts were excellent, everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I recommend the nearby restaurant, Topdeck.
Breakfast was exceptional with freshly cooked Pisi with a wide variety of food options.
Hotel was centrally located and made it very easy to get around town.
Rooms were spacious but WiFi was sometimes not working with weak signal with some parts of the room slightly older and not fully functional.
Overall a good experience though and would recommend it! The views from the terrace are spectacular when the balloons fly over town.
We also loved Pamuk the hotel cat!
Plus the best restaurants we went to were nearby eren bey - so you don’t even have to go far for a great experience.
The staff also appointed the room with a complimentary bottle of wine, a bowl of fruit, coffee/tea, toiletries, and had slippers/robes to use during the stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful in so many ways, including setting up an airport transfer and answering our many cappadocia questions. They also provided an incredibly rich, plentiful, and flavorful breakfast.
There was plenty of nice places to sit on the terrace for balloon viewing, eating breakfast, or just taking in the view of the many fairy chimneys encapsulating the property. We loved that the king cave suite allowed us to have our own private terrace for relaxing after a day of activities in Göreme.
I can highly recommend this hotel, and would stay again if ever back in cappadocia! Book the king cave sweet for a once in a lifetime, romantic, and luxurious Cappadocia balloon viewing experience!
