Had a great stay here. Booked two nights separately, as a result we were going to have to switch rooms halfway through the stay, so the reception staff kindly offered to upgrade us on the first night to the king suite (which we happily accepted). This place is downright amazing. Lots of little walkways and stairways, nice pool, amazing views, great restaurant, friendly staff. The hotel complex feels like a little town in and of itself. Location couldn't be better. The breakfast was included, and we looked forward to it each morning (our personal favorite was the honey still on the comb). We did not want to leave. Highly recommended.

We just had a magical 2 night stay at Kelebek for our babymoon and wish it was longer.
The staff were incredibly hospitable and attentive, breakfast each morning was superb and a great way to start the morning after watching the balloons from the rooftop! ✨
We stayed in one of the fairey chimney rooms and it was awesome - had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This experience has really filled our cups and we leave with full bellies and feeling relaxed. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work 🙏🏼

The room was spacious and clean. We arrived early and they already arranged a room for us and it was very sweet.
I have to really mention their excellent services. We walked the slope following Google Map. When we arrived the hotel we found that it was their backdoor. To go back to the Reception for check-in procedure, we need to take the stairs with our super heavy luggages and thus we turned to seek help from the hotel staff. They didn't hesitate and provided assistance right away.
Also, when we check-out to change to another hotel, they also initiated to offer transportation transit to the hotel. Although it was just few steps away, they provided the assistance proactively.
I really appreciated their kind heart and outstanding service. Especially my next hotel's performance had a huge differences with the Kelebek Hotel, it made me miss every bit of Kelebek. Thanks all the staff for helping. We enjoyed their hospitality and we would definitely choose Kelebek again if we ever visit Goreme again ! :)

Cappadocia is already a magical place, but Kelebek made it truly special for us. The quality of service, hotel grounds, and rooms were outstanding. The breakfast was also of quality ingredients, and something I looked forward to every day that we were there. The King's Valley farm to table breakfast experience was one of the most surprising highlights - the hotel took us on a tractor out to their farm where we had a local breakfast freshly prepared for us, and the entire experience was complimentary for hotel guests. The staff was kind and accommodating, and helped us with any requests we had.

Book this place for the amazing experience and service. It’s not a super luxury hotel, you’re staying in caves that were homes of old civilizations that have been converted to hotel rooms. They’re unique and a lot of fun and in my opinion a better experience than a 5 star luxury hotel. This place has a nice clean pool with towels and beach chairs. The views are insanely incredible and the entire area is a labyrinth that we’ve had a great time exploring. Please don’t stay here if you have trouble going up and down stairs. The entire place is a maze of staircases. The perfect example of building around existing buildings vs the other way around. We preferred the Seten restaurant for breakfast/ lunch and dinner + hookah. Great views all around, don’t worry about missing the balloons views, you just need to step outside your door and there are cushions and seating all over the place.

Despite the appealing cave-inspired decor and ambiance of the room our stay at the hotel was disappointing for several reasons. Firstly, we arrived late at 11 pm only to discover that the hot air balloon tour we had planned was canceled. It would have been helpful if the hotel had notified us earlier in the day so we could adjust our plans accordingly. Instead, we spent the next morning scrambling to find alternative bookings, leaving us unable to participate in any morning activities.
Moreover, the main lock of the room was not working from inside so we would’ve to sleep in an unlocked room which wasn’t safe. They sent a technician to repair it at 12.30 am since there were no extra rooms.
Furthermore, the room's locker was also faulty, failing to lock properly. Additionally, the utensils in the restaurant were visibly dirty with water stains. The breakfast plates were warm and emitted a foul odor due to inadequate drying.
Overall, despite the pleasing aesthetic of the room, our experience with the hotel's service fell short of expectations, and we cannot recommend it to others.

I had an exceptional experience being hosted by Onur and Furkan; they were not only friendly but also very fluent in English. The staff members are incredibly welcoming and offer excellent prices for activities. The hotel's prime location allows for views of the balloons in the early mornings, and the cave rooms are very comfortable—perfect for a stay. The free, 24/7 Turkish tea available at the restaurant is a delightful touch, easily a 10/10. I would definitely recommend this place. Be sure to try the fried eggs for breakfast and the spa; I opted for the 110 euro service, which was fabulous.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. Views from every part of the hotel are spectacular. Rooms are fitted with every comfort you would need to make your stay relaxing and magical. The staff are extremely respectful, friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for us during our stay and we will always remember this hotel and its staff making our family vacation positively memorable. Their hospitality made it very hard to leave!
Hotel can arrange activities for you which is a plus. There are little extras they can do to make your stay more magical, you only need ask.
Breakfast is healthy, has a variety, and they make many types of eggs as well. Atmosphere is relaxed.
Please don’t skip on a dinner at Seten restaurant located in their sister property next door. Easily reached by a short walk through the hotel grounds. View from restaurant is gorgeous at sunset and the meats offered on the menu are the best I have ever eaten. Cooked to absolute perfection! Highly recommend you try the Oxtail.
Location is at one of the highest points in Goreme and the view of hot air balloons in the mornings will take your breath away. Even with location being high the walk down to the streets below where restaurants and touristy shops are is not strenuous and was easily done. Proximity to all the shops etc is close and yet far enough away for the peace and quiet you look for when visiting such a magical place.
We are very impressed with this hotel and will definitely be back in future to stay with them and only them when visiting Cappadocia.

We loved this hotel and the service here was incredible from the minute we arrived. The staff is always available and went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. Our rooms were gorgeous and we didn’t want to leave! The best addition were the two adorable hotel dogs - Tequila and Biscuit, whom we fell in love with. Highly recommend staying here for a wonderful experience in Goreme.
