They absolutely deserve 5 stars, no questions asked! Fırat is by far one of the most exemplary guest relations person I’ve even encountered in all hotels I’ve been to around the world so far. He’s well connected, sharp and trustworthy. I hope he can dedicate a bit of time to read the book I recommended, since I sincerely believe it can help him to live an even more fulfilling life.
The hotel: it’s what you would expect from a good boutique hotel, therefore it’s relatively small (not in a bad way necessarily) and located in a very handy spot that is close to everything.
Junior suite: good, spacious, cost x benefit okay. The only minor improvement I would do is related to the curtains, which seem to need extra room around the windows to prevent people from outside to see you inside (given the view is for the street / neighborhood).
Breakfast: being a foodie person, this was the somehow low point for me. It’s not a bad breakfast by any means, however since that’s the most important meal for me… it was quite sad to see the lack of variety (specifically considering the restaurant seems to be premium). PS: if you have dietary restrictions (eg gluten-free) I would advise double checking with the manager to ensure everything will be smooth.
Extra tip: I’ve compared the price I paid for the Balloon Flight (fewer people basket) via Get Your Guide with the one the hotel was booking to guests… and I lost 40 euros booking online. They actually were booking for a cheaper price, which I couldn’t believe based on reviews from other places.
Conclusion: I would 100% return.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Goreme. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean, well-decorated and relaxing. The rooms are large with good quality furniture.
The manager, Yaşar Bey is friendly, attentive and helpful.
We stayed here early July for three nights and we were extremely happy with our time here.
The rooftop has an extremely clear view of the hot air balloons in the mornings.
The hotel rooftop restaurant is excellent. The breakfast is always fresh and tasty, and the dinners are delicious. The food has traditional Turkish roots with a unique, modern twist.
Overall, we are happy with our stay and intend on visiting again soon.

Fred, the manager here is an absolute legend. He checked us in and gave us a full run down on the area, best places to check out sights to see. Gave us a different restaurant recommendation for every night we stayed and each one was absolutely incredible. He was genuinely passionate about his job and seemed to want nothing more than for his guests to have the best experience possible. He even gave us recommendations for our time in Istanbul after staying here.

A perfect experience from start to finish. Fred was an incredible hospitality expert who truly made our time in cappadocia with some amazing recommendations and local knowledge and even the contacts to hook us up with the best tables at restaurants. The room was cleaned immaculately every day, the amenities were great and the chef for breakfast was talented and very accommodating. Highly recommend. Also great parking for our rental car.

The hotel had a very friendly staff. It was clean and the service was great. We loved the room and the the interior, It was a different experience. Everything was very accessible and at walkable distance. The breakfast spread was great

- we found that at check in they pushed quite hard for us to book a tour or Turkish night through them
- one staff member in the restaurant wasn’t very pleasant when we wanted to see the rooftop. First he looked us up and down in a judgemental manner and then asked if we were staying in the hotel. Once we told him we were staying in the hotel he was slightly nicer but this behaviour is uncomfortable and my wife and I didn’t feel welcome.
Overall a nice stay and can recommend this hotel. Thanks

New, very clean and high class hotel with AMAZING staff! We tried a late lunch at their restaurant and we LOVED everything; vibes, staff, food, service, and view were all perfect. Very much recommend.

Stayed with them for 3 nights and everything was amazing. Room was spacious and super clean. The hospitality from the host and staff were top notch. Breakfast was easily the highlight— Kumal was a star and very generous. Cant say enough about the place, highly recommended for anyone staying in Goreme!

Best hotel I stayed in my life .I travelled to so many places but the staffs in this hotel are amazing. Even after my checked out they have caring for the guest offered me orange juice hahah.
