Amazing hotel that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We felt like at home. Rooms are big and have unique style. Bathroom is big. Everything is very clean. The staff is more than kind. They help you with everything. We thank them again for an amazing experience in Cappadocia! The breakfast is very rich with beautiful terrace with beautiful view. The location is perfect - close to everything (store, food, cafes, view...). We didn't have problems with parking infront of the hotel. We reccommend 100% and will come back!

Enjoyed our stay overall.
The hotel is pretty close to the balloons and to the city center.
The transfer that we ordered with them took like 7 people from the airport and we had to wait for other people for like 45 minutes, on our way back we ordered transfer from Booking which costs like 4 eur more but it was a private one and we didn't need to wait.
It was a bit noisy in apartment and mattress is not that great, but we enjoyed the breakfast, communication with the receptionist, and Netflix.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the town center, with restaurants, supermarkets, and the bus station all within a 5-minute walk. Given the price, a simple and clean room is perfectly acceptable. The service was excellent, and the breakfast offered a good variety. Outstanding value for money!

Spent 3 days here and found the location great, close to supermarkets, restaurants and transport.
All staff were friendly and willing to help out in anyway.
Breakfast was always delicious and there’s a great view from the roof.
Value for money is also great.

The hotel can arrange hot air balloon tours at a reasonable price. The breakfast and the balcony were also highlights. Enjoying breakfast with a view was incredibly relaxing. The room was very clean. However, the airport shuttle service is quite expensive and felt a bit overpriced. I'd recommend taking the public bus directly from the airport instead; it takes you right to the hotel for only 300 Lira.

Mixed experience — some good, some frustrating.
We had booked a double bed but were given twin beds instead. When we raised the issue, the staff didn’t offer to fix it.
Later, when we complained about the AC not working, they asked us to change rooms — though eventually, the AC started working.
On the positive side, the breakfast was really good, and the staff was friendly and polite throughout.

Really happy with this hotel! The location is fantastic, very close to both the bus station and the observation deck. You can even watch the hot air balloons right from the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a very relaxing stay. But what really stood out was the breakfast – absolutely fantastic! A wide variety of fresh, delicious options that catered to every taste. The view from the terrace is also stunning, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Plus, the hotel is very conveniently located, with public transport just a short walk away. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had – highly recommended!
