Great place, great-great service ,very kind and accurate owner, standing all the time at place and coordinating everything. Delicious breakfast and many complimentary things in the price. Definitely recommend!

The truth is that I don't have anything negative to say, the people in the hotel are very friendly and the service is good, the breakfast variety is very rich and it is very well located. It has a massage area and a really good price and I really enjoyed it , I recommend 😀

Farhad is an excellent receptionist, he explains everything in details and welcomed us with a big smile, he also helped us reserve table at a restaurant since we don’t have phone number to call. The hotel is good and room is super clean, and the breakfast is good too. Highly recommend!

Location - fantastic, supermarket the next door, several restaurants, medical shops, doctor etc within 2 min walking distance.
Amazing staff, friendly and helpful.

Perfect location with just 2min walk from the bus station, many restaurants and tourism agents. Do not book anything in advance. Reach to hotel and book whatever you want through travel agents or hotel itself. Hotel room was big, service was good and this is the best hotel in this price in the vicinity. Hotel breakfast had many options and all items were delicious. Highly recommend

Nice family-run hotel with an amazing terrace and staff. We stayed two nights in the hotel and we really enjoyed it. The rooms are spacious and the beds are big and comfortable. The also have an amazing buffet breakfast made with local products. We highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for two nights and overall our experience was good.
The staff were great by helping us navigate across this tourist town. The moment we booked they proactively contacted us and offered to arrange guided tours for sightseeing, which was perfect.
The food at the restaurant was amazing with breakfast being absolutely delicious! We only regret not having our dinners there too.
However, I gave the hotel 4 stars because of the noisy environment. The rooms on the ground floor are close to the entrance of the building and since people are constantly checking in or out, it can get quite annoying. Realistically, that would be a 4.5.
Moreover, because of the balloon tours, if you are a light sleeper it is difficult to have an uninterrupted sleep past 5:30 AM.

We stayed at Olivia Cave hotel for 4 nights during September 2023, and were very happy with our stay! The location is very VERY convenient, located a 3-5 minute walk into the centre of Goreme. The rooms were well air conditioned with comfortable bedding, and clean facilities. The service was lovely with the only disadvantage being the language barrier - the front of house have very limited English (very understandable given we’re in Turkey!) but tried their best to accommodate, and utilized google translate when possible. Would happily stay again! And thank you to the beautiful kitchen staff who provided very home style Turkish cooking which exceeded our expectations.

Reasonable price with clean rooms and nice designs.
The staff is so friendly and lovely.
I forgot my airpods in the room.. one of the staff went to the post office and wasted more than a hour until he sent it back to me in another city.
