I was there for 6 days, it’s a good location near to restaurants, at 15 minutes by walk is there the sunset view point, the bad things is that they don’t have parking and they are not stressing too much about cleaning, in 6 days they didn’t change the bed linen or to clean the dust from the room, or bathroom, they just offered towels and water, through the days.
The staff was friendly, and they offered good breakfast.

I loved spend my time in the hotel! The room was fab. The only thing that I would advice is to buy bigger sheets for the mattress as they are bit small and it keeps sliding from the bed! Anyways, it was amazing and i definitely would go back.

The actual building and grounds are stunning with plenty of areas to sit and the rooftop is the perfect place to watch the sky fill up with balloons each morning.

We stayed four nights. The best hotel bed I've ever slept in. Very friendly, attentive staff and cozy, clean rooms. With a few adjustments I would have given 5 stars: from 9:30 onwards there may be no more eggs for breakfast. Also, the bathroom fittings could be replaced.

An enjoyable 4-night stay at a genuine cave house! We enjoyed the ambience and our unique room was sufficiently spacious. Breakfast was ample with a variety of local food which was sufficiently nutritious! The viewing deck on top of the hotel permitted one to admire the hot air balloons when in flight - it is indeed quite a sight to behold. The location of the hotel was nicely tucked away at the end of the street within the town centre. It was very walkable to all sorts of places and I'd assume a tad more quiet when compared to areas in the vicinity of busier roads. A recommended place to stay from both, quality and price point.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel and overall it was pleasant. The location is very convenient and a walking distance to all other restaurants and bars. The breakfast in particular is exceptional
The manager of the hotel goes out of his way to ensure you have the best price for any and every activity you want to book during your stay. Although note, all hotels get commission and it is a big sales pitch to book these tours when you arrive. We didn’t have a great experience with our hot air balloon, and he ensured we were compensated by offering another tour for free
However, there are two areas of improvement. There are A LOT of steep and unstable stairs to get to some of the rooms, ours was on the highest point of the hotel and it was a trek to get up and down. The rooms also need a bit of an uplift and maintenance. Our shower was broken with water coming out of everywhere and the toilet flushed constantly throughout the night

It was really amazing place with good location.
Staff was lovely, breakfast was included and delicious, rooms were like cave with all facilities.
Swimming pool and bar was temporary close for some maintenance reason.
Staff were friendly and professional.

Nice variety on the breakfast. Helpful staff who helped us find a turkish bath. Helped us sort our flights when it was rescheduled without us being informed They upgraded us after the room had some issue.
It would be good to have some signage to provide directions from the main road to the hotel. We got lost a few times.
Good restaurant recommendations too.

Shuttle bus driver swerves quite drastically when driving. Made us nauseous.

Me and my husband stayed in this hotel.
First day we took the sultan suite for celebrating my birthday. Awesome experience. Beautiful rooms and hotel. Helpful staff.
Also the breakfast is fresh with many options. Nice view from the top. Would recommend this if you visit Cappadocia.

Incredibly beautiful stone rooms. Very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Amazing terrace views.
