Everything is incredible. It's very well located in centre Goreme, with lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel is very beautiful, it has an incredible view on top (go there in the morning to see the balloons) and the cave is simply amazing. Staff is also super nice.

A Warm and Welcoming Stay in Cappadocia What a wonderful team, they truly made us feel at home and made saying goodbye genuinely difficult. Aren’t we lucky to keep meeting such amazing people everywhere we go? From the moment we arrived, Murat made us feel welcome, thoughtfully arranging for our room to be ready early after our long morning journey. Both Murat and Ismael were incredibly helpful in coordinating transfers and tours, making our time in Cappadocia easy and enjoyable. Umut was a star around the pool and bar area - always friendly, accommodating, and going out of his way to ensure guests felt relaxed and looked after. We had a lovely room with plenty of space and appreciated the fresh white towels provided daily, such a simple touch that made us feel pampered. The property itself is tucked away in a peaceful spot in beautiful Göreme, just minutes from the town centre and close to bars, restaurants, and shops. The rooftop offers stunning views, especially in the early mornings, when you can watch hot air balloons float right above you. One morning, the balloons came so close you could practically shake hands with the passengers, we even had a cheerful chat with a training pilot as he hovered overhead while we were enjoying breakfast. It was unforgettable With some improvements, this place has real potential to become a top-tier stay. The current team works incredibly hard with the resources available, but a few more staff dedicated to cleaning, maintenance, and gardening would elevate the experience. The bar and pool are standout features but would benefit from more regular upkeep, additional sunbeds, and better supplies so the staff can offer the great service they’re clearly capable of. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Maybe adding some fruit and yogurt would make it even better. A little more attention to cleaning of outside sitting areas would make a big difference and make the whole experience so much more pleasant. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks to the heartfelt hospitality of the staff. With a bit more support and investment, this could easily be one of the best places to stay in the region.

It was our 1st experience in a cave hotel and liked that we had a couple of windows but still very much the cave feel. Breakfast was lovely but doesn’t start to 8.30am so plenty of time for a morning walk before. I totally recommend Selva Erun Beauty (just down the hill on left), I had my hair washed and Selva knew exactly how much to dry my curly hair. You have to have dinner next door at Kilm restaurant. The set menu was the best meal we’ve eaten in Turkey!

On the right day i'm sure this hotel is everything it says it is. however we just want to warn people about our experience to make better judgement when deciding on your stay. The pool was going through maintenance when we arrived and although this generally is something that can happen, we were told each day that 'tomorrow it will be sorted' it wasn't until the 4th day when we left. We'd have appreciated being told as we could have made other plans earlier. The bar was also closed for the whole duration of our stay and no real effort to create a nice space on the viewing deck was made, no lights, no pillows and cushions etc.. really the minimum we expected. Breakfast was pleasant and the selection was more than enough for us. The room was damp, humid and smelled, something perhaps in hindsight you'd expect in a cave room. however the bathroom had water on the floor coming from the taps of which only one worked. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet to get decent sleep, fortunately there was a fan that helped cool the room. Room service was quick and a decent selection of food and drinks to choose from. In all, we wouldn't stay here again based on our experience, there was a hotel opposite that offered a day by their pool for around £25 per person, they also had an open bar, open restaurant and a nice vibe with music and lights + a very nice working pool. Make of that what you will :)

The location is perfect, the hotel looks great, the room itself was big and clean, the bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, the swimming pool area was perfect for warm days. Terrasses with amazing view, early birds will get to see the Hot air ballons in the sky without leaving the hotel. I would definitely come back and recommend to friends

Amir was an amazing host! We took the suite with spa and it was beautiful He welcomed us warmly, made our stay super comfortable, and happily accommodated all our small requests. Great location too, everything is nearby. Highly recommend—must go! You won't regret it

Great hotel spot - the man on reception was very honest and tried to help us get a balloon ride but also advised when it was going to silly prices - the rest of the hotel staff were super friendly, great breakfast spread and the rooms are fantastic!

We stayed on the 2nd floor for three nights in October, during an unusually cold spell. The property is exquisitely laid out with great views, the landscaping in the courtyard and pool areas was lush and delightful, and we loved the breakfasts (which could be enjoyed in a spacious heated room!). The room itself was also much brighter and more cheerful than we’d feared (for a cave). The location, too, was ideal for us, just a few minutes’ walk from cafes and attractions. (We were glad we hadn’t stayed further up.) With a few improvements, it could be even better.
- Our room was really cold, and the space heater was not effective. (It looks like a radiator, but the main part didn’t heat up, and only a small bit of warm air came out.) We told a man at the front desk, and he said to give the machine time to heat up, also said the person who cleans would check on it. Time didn’t help, and nothing changed after the person cleaned. I suppose we could have told him again that it still wasn’t good—but on vacation, making multiple attempts just felt bad. Following up more proactively on guest concerns would be ideal. We did take full advantage of the tea kettle in the room!
- Our room had a fireplace and a sign saying that the first use was free, then there would be a charge for further uses. But it turns out you need to give advance notice if you want wood for it (it’s traditional, not gas or electric); it would be nice if one use’s worth of wood were provided, or if there were signage explaining. (Using the hammam would be a much more involved process, which was fine—we just enjoyed the look.)
- The bed was a “double” (in the US, a king-size, or two twins put together); yet the blanket was much smaller than the bed, so it barely covered us both. It wasn’t a historic type of bed covering, just a regular comforter, so that would seem easy to improve on.
- The transport the hotel arranged from the airport worked well. For other tours, we found options with specifications and/or prices we preferred elsewhere. A few weeks in advance, we asked the hotel via WhatsApp about a hot air balloon ride (very popular), and they said the companies they work with were full and wouldn’t know until the day before; but we found and reserved something online without a problem, and it seemed to be a very safe and reputable company. So for this activity (which we found to be magical!), reserve way in advance and for your first morning there (to allow for backups in case of bad weather), and do your own research if you get the same response about availability.

All that said, it was a really special place to stay!
