Keep in mind the management is going to change in another year or so hence the property requires more cleaning and they dont do that often , as it is not worth the price.

We stayed at Turquoise Cave Hotel for two nights, paying around £140 for a triple occupancy room. While the name suggests an authentic cave experience, only the lower room truly felt like a cave—the upper room was more of a standard suite, which was a bit disappointing for those expecting a full cave stay.

The breakfast was a highlight, with a good variety and decent quality, and most of the staff were polite and friendly. A special mention to the elderly gentleman and the main owner, who were welcoming and engaging. However, overall service lacked attention, and it was clear that the hotel is awaiting a change in management, as maintenance and renovation seem to have been put on hold.

A major letdown was the cleanliness of the washroom. Even after cleaning, the bathroom had a persistent odor, which made the stay uncomfortable. We had mentioned it, but the issue remained unresolved.

In summary, while the food and staff were fair, the room quality, cleanliness, and overall upkeep were not up to expectations for the price paid. Giving 2 stars overall, with the extra point purely for the breakfast spread.

One of the worst vacation experiences I've ever had. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff (a mother and daughter) stole my jacket from my room. I realized I'd forgotten it at the hotel an hour after checking out. Upon my return, the jacket was gone, and the cleaning staff had disappeared. The receptionist called them repeatedly, but they denied taking it. After reviewing the security camera footage, it was clear I'd entered the hotel that morning wearing the jacket and left without it after checking out. Although the receptionist and another staff member were helpful, I cannot recommend this accommodation, as some of the employees are thieves who disrespect tourists and prioritize making money over providing decent service.
