The hotel is quite nice but they playing alt the time very loud disco music which can ruin your holiday. Avoid if you’re looking for some quiet time.

Never experienced worse service than in Door’a Hotel. Most people don’t speak English, service in restaurants is slow, food is not good.
You should either remove “luxury” from your slogan, either improve service.
Pluses: new clean rooms, beach is okay, sea is always beautiful. Beach service is better than hotel service.

Actually, many things can be written, but I will make a short comment. There were raw food, insects coming out of the room, rooms that were not cleaned, and a service that was never as desired. The bug in my room was never taken for exactly 1 week until I said it. No one takes care of you until the hotel takes care of you until you enter your room. The only return to the complaints was that they said the hotel was new. I have never seen a more disgraceful business in my life. This must be being rude with your money. I did not get the chance to experience Doora Hotel as my reservation got canceled without a valid reason 10 days before our arrival and as a result, it ruined our summer vacation plan before it even started (we booked everything, airline tickets, rented a car etc). I got an email from Doora saying that my Platinum Credit Card was declined even though when I first made the reservation using my same credit card, it went through and was confirmed & guaranteed (green-labelled). And the hotel was not supposed to deduct any payment until July 11th (one week before our planned check-in on July 18th). However, on July 6th & 7th, they claimed to have tried to secure a prepayment due to high demand and the same credit card that confirmed our reservation was declined. I put another Valid Credit Card and tried to call them but no one answered. Only to be shocked on July 8th that they canceled our reservation and now every single hotel in Bodrum is sold out and the prices are extremely expensive.

I called them and spoke with the reservations manager & asked her to re-instate my reservation because my credit card confirmed the reservation when I first made it and it was guaranteed. However, she was so rude and kept saying “It is not my problem. I cannot help you. Your card was declined.” How can you cancel a customer’s reservation when it was confirmed and guaranteed?!! And now you claim that my platinum credit card was not working!!!??? The only explanation I can think of is that you wanted to cancel our reservation because we booked it so early at a good price and wanted to give it to someone else at a higher price.. I was really excited to visit your hotel and NOW I will never consider you again because it is clear that customer-service is your last concern (if it is a concern at all) and you only care about money..
